This home in Vista Horizonte has stunning views and is equipped with all of the amenities to make you feel at home. Within walking distance to downtown and just down the street from the popular restaurant La Esquina! The backyard features a huge patio with a built in BBQ and a Mexican tiled pool for your use only. Head to the rooftop patio to take in the magnificent views, catch the gorgeous sunsets or simply stargaze! Finally this home features a spacious 2 car garage, not common!
The space
The property is entirely new from the ground up including all of the furnishings.
The entire property is for your use only (no shared spaces)! You you can enjoy the Salt Water Pool, BBQ, Patio or Rooftop in complete privacy!
Includes A/C in each room that is individually controlled to keep temperatures perfect, as well as a 58" Smart TV , DVD player, wireless broadband internet access inside and out.
Our fully stocked kitchen Has a large dining room table and space for gathering. The kitchen includes a large side by side refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, coffee and everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. The house features two bar areas one inside & one out, to either enjoy a cocktail or a quick bite.

Located just a 2 minute car ride to downtown (10 minute walk), but far enough out to enjoy the beautiful views.

Nearby beaches to name a few include, Playa La Cochora, Punto Lobos, El Faro, Tortugueros Las Playitas, Las Palmas and the famous Cerritos Surf Beach all 7 to 20 minutes away!

We had an amazing stay. The host communication was excellent and met us on time to walk through the property an amenities. The house had the perfect setup for a family holiday: secure lots of space, pool and spotlessly clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Todos Santos treasure!

Great place to spend a week in Todos Santos! Unit was clean, well stocked, perfect location (just outside main town), Lu and Kenny were responsive and helpful. The only thing to recommend is a king sized bed in master - the full/queen was very tight. Thank you

All you need to enjoy TLS!

Less than 5 minutes to town (you do need a car) , so you’re close enough to all of the restaurants and shops, but far enough to get away. The house itself is well-acquainted, clean and comfortable, the kitchen is has what you need, and most of all, Lu is a great property manager.

Loved the pool, and the cosy living space.

We were very happy with our stay here! Lou the property manager was very helpful when we had a mishap with our car and needed some help as well! The home is very cosy, kitchen was well equipped, even with coffee and cold beers in the fridge when we arrived. One thing that would elevate this place would be to add some furniture and a hammock or something to the very top balcony. But otherwise we loved it!. Especially as we were travelling with two toddlers, so it gave us a place to feel at home.

Great Rental Property

The property was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the location. It was less than a 15 minute walk into the town square but also had a pizza place right on the corner of the block which was very good plus a 5 minute walk to a great breakfast place and a 3 minute walk to the grocery store. it was in immaculate condition and very clean when we arrived. The house is perfect for a family with kids. The master had a double/queen bed and the second bedroom had room for about 3 or 4 kids. My only possible complaint and this is very minor, we would have preferred a King Size bed. Other than that, I would stay there again.

Good View

This was our first time in Todos Santos, and from the listing we thought it would be closer to town (walking distance.) It was not, but we had a car. The street this home is on is very noisy. Heavily trafficked, and many dogs barking nonstop during the day. We were out exploring most days, and evenings were somewhat quieter. The pool is lovely, and the upper patio is the perfect place to take in the view with your evening wine. The beds are small, maybe full or double, but not queen. The kitchen was adequately stocked for us to prepare meals. Overall, it was fine for our purpose.
