Quiet, private and charming studio home in the great area feels like it is miles away from the city’s fast-pace, yet is actually only minutes away. Suited for couples and get aways. Within a three block walk there are 10+ restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, boutiques, and the Admiral Theater, with multiple breweries nearby. Parks, tennis courts and ball fields are across the street. Puget Sound, Alki Beach, Water Taxi to Downtown. 15 minutes walking distance from the Stadiums Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park for Seattle Seahawks, Mariners and Sounders games.

The space
This new studio home has new and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Wall mounted TV with Netflix, Amazon, your choice... Queen size bed is very comfortable and room is very quiet. Bathroom has an awesome tiled shower. New Washer and Dryer is also available. A peaceful front patio surrounded by trees welcomes you for some outdoor fresh air.

Everything about this lovely little nest, and my stay, was perfect - also, everything I was looking for. Spotless, quiet, calm, well-appointed, with beautiful art and cozy touches everywhere, including delicious chocolate treats! Beata is an excellent host - communicative, warm, and helpful. I loved the location, which seems to be within walking distance of just about everything, with plenty of stunning mountain and water views. Honestly, I can't wait to book another stay!

If you are a couple or solo traveler looking for a different experience than staying in a downtown hotel, this is a great place for you to enjoy a cool Seattle neighborhood. This private cottage has everything you need to enjoy your stay on a quiet tree lined street and is walkable to local shops and restaurants. Then hop on the water taxi for a quick trip across the sound to enjoy the city.Check in/out super easy, hosts shared a great recommendation for dinner. Would definitely stay again.

We visited Seattle for the first time for my birthday and it was an amazing experience. The studio was perfect for my girlfriend and I. It was very quiet and tucked away from everyone, but the location was perfect. We were close to downtown Seattle, walking distance to the water taxi’s, as well a number of restaurants. Beata and Rene were great hosts, our flight was delayed and they were very accommodating to us. We definitely enjoyed our stay and recommend staying here. We will be back for sure and know exactly where we will stay.

Very nice little cottage. The bed is very comfortable. The location is quiet and close to grocery and restaurants. The hostess is very kind and helpful. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is there was a bit of an ant problem while we were there. However, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The owners were fantastic. Went above and beyond helping me with an issue and bringing me an extra fan when the weather was unusually warm. We were staying there for son's wedding which turned out they were very familiar with and we exchanged pictures. All directions clear both on check in and out. Cute MIL cottage. Everything you could need supplied. Has own entrance separate from main house. Great location. Easy walk to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Nice parks close by. Streets have sidewalks which is super great for walking my dog late at night and in a safe friendly neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Even nicer than the photos!

I have never had such a lovely welcome. Beata greeted me warmly and showed me into my temporary home. The studio is tucked safely behind the main house with beautiful foliage surrounding it and a little sitting area in front. I only with I'd been able to spend more time there. I don't usually say this, but it was actually nicer than the photos portrayed ... including some beautiful artwork. Very easy access, reserved parking spot, well-equipped kitchen and responsive, kind hosts. I hope I can stay there again some time.

Great Affordable Place to Stay

This place gave us good vibes from the start. Our host was more than accommodating. The place was cozy for us. We were within walking distance to some great restaurants and our morning routine included a nice walk to Freshys. Please book if you are looking to have a great experience.

This little place has everything you need. The neighborhood is adorable. The owners are so very nice!! I would suggest waiting to rent it until the main house renter leaves. She is very nice but has 2 very loud, big dogs that will jump over the gate and chase you; and her granddaughter needs quiet by 8:30. not sure how much longer they are there. Suggestion: A couple fold up chairs and small table would be great to sit outside.
