Had an amazing experience- stayed for 5 days. Check in process was fast and easy. We did run into a small issue with pass code for second cabin but once we contacted host we got it resolved promptly. Communication with host was amazing, they replied in a timely manner and communication was great! Any issue or concerned about maintenance/home repairs was resolved and handled immediately. I want to also thank their maintenance guy and pool lady- they were both friendly and courteous. With this overall experience we will definitely be booking our annual family vacation next year with this property. Thank you for making our vacation safe and memorable!!

Big house and bunk room. Great pool and hot tub. Should have been cleaner. Two refrigerators and two sets of washers and dryers. No stores for groceries close by. No iron and irroning board, no cleaning spray or wipes, no extra toilet paper. Communication with owners was excellent, easy check in and out. Because of the bed locations and sizes some couples could not sleep together, but plenty of beds.

Thank you for your review. I’m glad the home’s size, bunk room, pool, hot tub, extra refrigerators and laundry units, and smooth communication/check‑in worked well for you. I’m sorry the property wasn’t as clean as expected and that essentials (iron/ironing board, cleaning spray/wipes, extra toilet paper) were missing. I’ve reported the cleanliness concerns to our housekeeping team for retraining and a deeper inspection, and we’ve stocked the missing items. I’ve also noted the grocery distance and will update the listing and welcome guide with nearby options and tips. I apologize that bed locations and sizes made sleeping arrangements difficult for some couples. We’ll update the listing to make bed layouts and sizes clearer so future guests can plan accordingly. Thank you — your feedback helps us improve. We hope to host you again.

Plenty of clean bed and amenities on site. At the end of a cup de sac so no traffic around. Air conditioner worked great in all rooms. Very large living room great for everyone to gather together and visit or eat a meal.

Points faibles : Arrivée
This expansive property is perfect for large groups and families - but heads up, there are a LOT of stairs. There were quite a bit of cobwebs indoors, and the king bed upstairs has a broken frame. I think there should be an additional air conditioner added to the upstairs bunkhouse during the warmer months. The WiFi worked fine the first couple days, but became a huge headache the last few days - inhibiting abilities to stream movies/music, send messages, route to destinations, etc. Besides that, everything was well maintained, including the pool and hot tub. It was nice to have room for everyone to sleep, and the large fire-pit was a hit for roasting s’mores. The check-in process was a bit chaotic with door codes not correctly set up upon arrival. Thankfully, we were able to get it resolved but hopefully it won’t be an issue for those looking to book in the future. Other than those few things, this property has everything you need and then some.

Thank you for your review. I’m glad Grand Overlook Resort worked well for your large group and that the pool, hot tub, sleeping space, and fire‑pit were highlights. I appreciate the detailed feedback and the 4‑star rating. We’ll take action on the items you noted: emphasize the number of stairs more clearly in our guest information, share cleaning notes with housekeeping to address cobwebs and high corners, have maintenance inspect and repair or replace the upstairs king bed frame, evaluate adding an additional AC or portable unit to the upstairs bunkhouse for warmer months, investigate the WiFi disruptions with our provider and consider boosters/upgrades, and review our check‑in procedures so door codes are set before arrival. If you can share any specifics about the timing of the WiFi issues or the bed frame via Vrbo messages, that will help us resolve them faster. Thank you again for the thoughtful feedback — we hope to host you in the future.
