Perfect

Rose Cottage. Perfect. Right on the water. Private dock for water sports Safe area for swimming. Beautiful side lawn that overlooks the Lake. Inside plenty of room for a family gathering At the large kitchen table. Generous shower. 3 Bedrooms. We’ve rented this Cottage for several Summer vacations and never want to leave!

Lake house vacation

Very nice house, great location, about 18 minutes from CDP. My boys loved swimming and kayaking in the lake and hanging out at the fire pit on cold afternoons/evenings. The owners live next door and are very nice and helpful. Would love to stay again when my other sons go to cooperstown!

Charming Lake stay

Really enjoyed our stay at Rose Cottage. We were here for the coopertown baseball tournament. Great location- takes about 15 to get to the park. We had a blast chilling at the cabin in between games, cooking in the evening, and fishing off the dock. Beautiful views. Felt like home. Would definitely recommend 👍👍. Host owners live next door- very friendly and helpful with any questions.

Amazing!

The place was absolutely perfect and the owners really thought of everything you might need. They have linens and towels, coffee, tea, all the pots and pans, chairs, games, cards, books, they even had 3 bleacher chairs to take with you to the park. The lake house is so awesome and what you dream in a small cottage on the lake with open concept, family table, plenty of outdoor seating, decks, dock to swim off of and fireplace for smores! We rented paddle boards and kayaks which was down the road. It is only 18 min from dreams park which was really perfect to get back and forth in between games and to have a beautiful getaway and to wake up to the sun on the water drinking your coffee!! So was a vacation with all the baseball in between. Highly recommend this cottage grab it quick if you can! The owners are so nice and tons of privacy but nice to have them close by! Don’t hesitate to book this place plenty of room and so cozy!

Amazing

I heard so many baseball parents say that the rental they got was not what was pictured. Not the case here. Spacious, clean, cool ac, gorgeous view of Goodyear lake. Comfortable for relaxing inside and outside. Very easy straight shot to dreams park, 7 min from local grocery store. Owners right next door are so friendly and helpful. If I ever go back this would 100% be the place I’d stay. I feel very lucky to have snagged this gem for our week in Cooperstown.

Perfection by the lake

Do not hesitate booking Rose Cottage. This little gem is situated just far enough off the main road for tranquility but close enough for super easy access to and from the ball parks. Cold central air conditioning, cozy rooms, a freshly updated bathroom, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen make this the perfect home away from home. Nearby is a rental company who will deliver kayaks, SUPs and fishing gear to elevate your stay even more. My sons caught catfish and blue gill on the lake, and had a great time exploring the coves across the lake on the SUP. Cath is an excellent host and although we didn’t need anything during our stay, it was nice to know she was just next door if need be. Thank you for such a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!
