Brand New Log Home Lake Front! Vues, ​​canotage, pĂȘche lac privĂ©! Table de billard

Nous avons construit une toute nouvelle maison en rondins construite sur mesure sur 6 acres LAKEFRONT! Ceci est trÚs privé avec seulement 1 autre maison visible de la propriété! La cabine est de 3 chambres 2 salle de bain complÚte. Les chambres sont aménagées comme suit: A l'étage Chambre a lit Queen et salle de bain complÚte avec double lavabos et douche. L'étage principal dispose de 2 chambres: un lit queen et d'autres lits superposés Log Bed.
Nous avons également 2 lits jumeaux roulants pour les invités supplémentaires.

La grande salle a 3 portes françaises qui donnent sur un lac privé de 80 acres. Les portes mÚnent à plus de 1000 pieds carrés autour du pont. Le pont sera équipé de grande grille, meubles de patio et hamac! La grande salle a une section et une table de cuisine avec des siÚges pour 6.

La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec micro-ondes, cuisiniĂšre, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, casseroles, poĂȘles, assiettes, ustensiles et plus encore! La cuisine dispose de comptoirs en granit et sous l'Ă©vier.

Un peu sur le lac: Le lac est plus de 80 acres EntiĂšrement stockĂ© avec le dorĂ©, l'achigan, le poisson-chat, et le poisson-crapaud. Inclus avec la location, nous avons un bateau Ă  rames en V, un bateau Ă  aubes 5 personnes et un kayak double! Tous les bateaux sont inclus avec votre location mais doivent ĂȘtre utilisĂ©s Ă  vos risques et pĂ©rils.

La propriété dispose d'une péninsule privée qui dispose d'un grand quai pour votre plaisir. Nous avons maintenant un patio circulaire avec foyer pour votre plaisir. Asseyez-vous sur les chaises Adirondack et profiter de la vue sur le lac et la brise! Beaucoup de bois sur place pour le foyer.

Le sous-sol a également été fini avec des canapés, et une table de billard pour votre plaisir!

Cooperstown Dream Park Ă  Oneonta est Ă  seulement 20 minutes!

S'il vous plaĂźt noter dans quel parc vous jouez comme les parcs et les champs sont multilple.

Nous avons actuellement une autre location de maison en bois rond sur HomeAway 3809961 qui est loué toute l'année, donc par la demande populaire, nous avons construit une autre maison en rondins personnalisés sur le lac! J'espÚre que tout le monde aime notre maison et a de nombreux souvenirs sur le lac! Nous espérons voir tout le monde année aprÚs année!

We had a great time enjoying the home with our adult children. We had a campfire two nights with s’mores, and went out on the lake with the kayak and peddle boat two days. The home itself was great, very comfortable and clean. We got to see the tail end of the leaves changing. We went to Hanford Mills museum (very interesting) and Hall of Fame at Cooperstown (lots of fun).

Mother's Day gift!

Booked this lovely lakeside cabin to celebrate Mother's Day and escape the hustle and bustle of the city, and it was the best decision. It was about an 18min drive from town, but once we reached the cabin, we were in awe because the immediate tranquility was just amazing. The instructions to get in were easy, and the cabin was just as pictured. Stunning view from the living and kitchen area, the downstairs was an extra plus with a separate living area and pool table & TV. The two-bedroom located on the main floor was perfect for my grandmother in her 80s, who can't go up steps, and the upstairs room was even better, overlooking the house and lakeview when you come out of the room in the mornings. I have to say that my bedsheets appeared to be used, as I pulled the covers, I had to dust off some debris, but luckily, I had some Amazon travel sheets, and I just threw them on. Everything else was wonderful. Loved the open space room where the gentlemen hung out by the fireplace watching TV, while the ladies sat by the dining area, drinking coffee without leaving the room. The weather was fantastic the next day, so we sat out on the deck and had breakfast & lunch while listening to nature. Loved the paddle boat and being able to sit on the dock and enjoy the lake. The family time around the fire pit was unforgettable! Goodtime!! I had to reach out to the host, Michael, and he responded immediately with a solution. This is now my new favorite escape spot. Can't wait to return!!!

Quality time

Beautiful property

The property has a breathtaking view! We really enjoyed our time on the boat—our kids absolutely loved it. The bonfire by the fire pit was such a fun and memorable experience. The location is also perfect, with close access to the Hall of Fame Museum and Howe Caverns. We’ll definitely be coming back to this wonderful place.Thank you, Michael!

Anniversary trip

We spent five nights at Lake LaFever for our anniversary. Our son was able to come for the weekend. It was great weather at a great venue. Very relaxing, which is what we were after. We all enjoyed the trip and will return again if given the chance!

Quite & Peaceful

Wonderful 5 days spent here. Cabin was nice, right on the lake and we had beautiful weather every day. Wished that the lawn was bigger for our canine, but she had fun regardless. Slight problem with the septic day we arrived. Septic crew had to come and clear the septic tank the following day as well as a gentleman to shop vac the floor in the basement due to septic problem. Because of this, we did not utilize the basement during our stay due to severe dampness on the basement floor. Roomy, with closets in all bedrooms, and plenty of room for your belongings. It did not appear the sheets were changed before our arrival in one of the bedrooms, but other than that, they place was clean. I'm glad we brought our own firewood for indoor and outdoor fires as none was provided. All in all, a relaxed vacation with sum minor bumps. Would definitely rent again from Catskill Cabins, just not this cabin. One with a bigger yard and no carpet in the basement.

Fun outdoor family vacation!

Our family of 5 had our 2nd stay at this house this past weekend. This house is a great place to unplug, spend time playing in the lake (swimming, fishing, kayaking), have bonfires and just relax. Mike was incredibly responsive when we found the paddle boat broken and had a new one to us in a few hours! The house is very comfortable and fun for kiddos, dogs and adults alike!

Amazing lake house

This scenic lake house exceeded our family’s expectations - it was quite large, beautiful and clean. Our family enjoyed the row boat and the bonfire pit outside and on a rainy day we loved being able to use the fireplace inside to make smores, relax and watch a movie.

My family and I had the best time! We wanted to getaway and relax for a few days and this property was perfect. The kayak and game room was such a cool bonus. We enjoyed the fire pit and that awesome porch as well. Definitely returning!!!

Perfect Getaway

This property gave us exactly the comfortable, nature filled, peaceful family getaway weekend we were looking for! The log cabin is so beautiful and clean and stocked with everything you could need. Between the house and the serene quiet lake, we were just in awe of the beauty around us the entire time. The stars were amazing, the outfoor fire pit is awesome. Had so much fun going out on the row boat. We hiked the property across the street too and found so much interesting and beautiful woods scenery. Couldn't have been happier!
