Cabin Manor was amazing!! The perfect getaway, peaceful and quiet. We absolutely loved the back deck, so relaxing! My kiddos loved it all, upstairs, the outdoor and indoor games, s'mores by the fire pit, they couldn't get enough. Anne is an incredible host, so friendly and accommodating, anytime I had a question she was quick to respond! We will definitely visit again!

Amazing place in the pines

This place was perfect for my husband and I and a couple of our friends. It was super cozy & clean and have everything we needed.. The front and back patio was Awesome !!!! We stayed there most of our weekend :)

Another great stay!

This was our second time visiting this cabin and we loved it just as much as the first time, if not more! This is my families favorite vacation spot.

The cabin was charming.The stairs however were not built to code and are very, very steep. We're in our late 70's and have no problem with normal stairs but these stairs were quite difficult. So, it's a lovely cabin but only if you're young!

Munds Park Cabin

The property was in an excellent location. We had easy access to everything. The neighbors across the street watched our every move when we first arrived. That calmed down after the first day.

Great place for a family getaway

We spent a long weekend at the cabin with our 11 and 13 year old grandchildren. This cabin is well located with great deck overlooking forested area behind the home. It is a good design for a family with children and teens with master bedroom on 1st floor and additional bedrooms upstairs. Cabin is cute and rustic. Communication with owner and check in/check out were very easy.

Great Cabin!

The Cabin was great and very well stocked! It has everything we needed and the entire family greatly enjoyed our trip. The steam shower was a game changer and was the highlight for everyone!

Winter getaway

Great location. Beautiful scenery. A perfect way to relax in a beautiful cabin home. Close to Sedona and flagstaff. Tons to see. The owner was very accommodating and communicative. Would stay again. Literally didn’t want to leave the vacation life.

Munds Cabin

We enjoyed our time at the cabin. It had what we needed, and was away from the crowds in Flagstaff and Sedona. It was chilly during our stay, and the cabin did take a while to get up to temp, but once it did, we were comfortable. Also, while there, we highly recommend Kota's Coffee House. It is just a little over a mile away, has great food, and a great atmoshpere. It was the cherry on top of our stay.

Perfect time away


This was the perfect place for our mini moon. The cabin was beautiful and classy. We had everything we needed for the perfect time away. The area was great as well. We went on several walks and both Flagstaff and Sedona are not far away. We loved our time and will be back.

Priceless getaway!

This was such an amazing place to escape! Beautiful, quiet surroundings, very well kept cabin with lovely details. the host is extremely attentive and helpful. Great Lake nearby with a walkable distance. The memories I made with my family here are something I will always cherish. I would 100% stay here again, it’s a home away from home!

Nice loft. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space, tho dining table was small for the 5 of us. Nice steam shower. Location is about 20 minutes away from Flagstaff.House was much closer to neighbors than expected (ie. There’s a direct line a view from the main bathroom to the neighbor’s deck). Kitchen had nice appliances, though there was not a full cooktop (small 2-burner built in hot plate). Back deck was nice (if you don’t mind the neighbors), tho it rained every day so we didn’t get to enjoy it. And we couldn’t use the fire pit on the one nice night because of county ordinance.Overall: it’s a beautiful cabin. While it didn’t tick all of my personal boxes, we had a great time. The host communicated well and even left a little treat for my daughter who was celebrating her 18th bday.

What a perfect cabin in the woods đŸŒČ

My family and I really enjoyed this gorgeous cabin in Munds Park . It was our first time to the area and we really enjoyed being so close to everything !! The house is very cozy and has very comfortable beds , especially in the downstairs bedroom . Was hard to get up in the morning it was so comfortable. Steam shower was great !! We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and watching the cute little squirrels and little lizards running around .. And star gazing is a must , I couldn’t stop taking pictures as it was such a beautiful view . Can’t wait to come back ✹

Great getaway at a great location

Cabin was amazing and perfect for what our trip needed. We did many things on our 4 night stay. Bengals game in Phoenix, Sedona, Grand Canyon and more. This cabin is a great location in-between all destinations. The cabin itself was awesome. Clean and comfortable. Wish we had more time to spend here other than sleep. Beds were very comfortable. All the amenities were more than we needed. We said many times we wish we could pick up the cabin and take it with us. Managers were very responsive, accommodating, and most importantly also Bengals fans. Left a Happy Birthday note for my son's 16 birthday . Every thing was perfect. 6 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing Getaway!

Amazing cabin in the lovely city of Munds Park. Where do I begin? We loved all of the games the hosts provided. They have indoor board games and outdoor games that my family enjoyed playing! All of the rooms are so cozy and the beds are comfortable with warm blankets. The steam shower is a MUST. The balconies are perfect for relaxing outside. We loved being able to toast smores on the outdoor firepit. The host is extremely nice and responsive and helped us so effortlessly when we got ourselves into a pickle with our car not starting. The memories we made will last a lifetime and we are already looking forward to our next stay in March! There is a great playground nearby that the kids enjoyed. We tried out Pinewood bar and grill and it was really tasty! My daughter loved the kids room with the play tent and cute little touches. I could go on and on! Book your stay here today, you will not regret it!!

Untimely Visit/Lesson Learned

I thought I was a veteran of VRBO since I’ve been using the platform for years. But after this stay I’ve learned to begin asking about nearby construction projects. A new A-frame house is being built directly across the street from this rental property with work beginning 7 days a week at 7 am through 5 pm. Hammers, saws, loud boom box. This is not the fault of the property owner but since you go to this property for peace and serenity of the outdoors, it should be disclosed in the description upfront like a hotel warns incoming guests about. Wasn’t happy about this even though beyond owners control. Surprised Pinewood lets construction start this early? Also I don’t consider two stove burners a full kitchen especially when both don’t work properly. They kept turning themselves off after a few seconds. Either tell people upfront or get them fixed. Otherwise property was ok

We stayed at Cabin Manor for our son’s 3rd birthday, and it was such a wonderful experience! We went as a multigenerational family. My husband, our two young boys, my parents, and my grandma. The cabin worked out perfectly for everyone.The layout made it so easy for us to be together yet still have our own space, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable trip.Overall, it was a great stay and such a special place to celebrate a milestone. We’d definitely recommend Cabin Manor and would love to come back again!

We are just your typical, hard working family from the valley in Phoenix. I am a teacher and my husband works in management. Together we have two young boys, and we were able to make our Munds Park dream a reality in 2022. When we're not working, we're just like you...we love to make memories and spend time with family and friends. Cabin Manor offers the perfect place to cool off during the summer heat, enjoy the fall colors in autumn, and of course, enjoy the silence of snow fall in the winter months. We're so close to outdoor adventures in some of the most beautiful places not only in Arizona, but the entire world. Sedona, Flagstaff, the Grand Canyon, and historic Route 66 are just a day trip away. We're so excited to share our cabin home with you; we hope you love it as much as we do!
