The home features an expansive front yard, a back patio with a fire pit, and a large backyard with a BBQ area. The luxurious en-suite master bathroom has a sauna, and the bedroom connects to a large deck where you can enjoy the majestic sunset.

Additional Notes:

Bedroom 1 w/sofa bed is a day bed.

Backyard pizza oven - not for guest use.

Garage - not for guest use. Driveway parking - 2 cars. DO NOT park at the right hand side parking spaces when facing to the house.

Trash day - every Wednesday.

Gardener will come once a month for this house, normally in the first week’s Tuesday around 11-1pm.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage, a few closets, cabinets and rooms that we have locked.

The Neighborhood:
Known for its beaches, hiking, and annual Pacific Coast Fog Festival, Pacifica is a popular spot for surfers and outdoor enthusiasts, who are drawn to the city's rugged coastline and rolling hills.

The city of approximately 38,000 is located north of Half Moon Bay along the coast and includes Pedro Point, Linda Mar and Rockaway beaches.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended.

As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay.
An extra guest fee applies after the guest 6, $50 per person per night + taxes.

Power Outage Loveliness
This property is beautiful and clean, as pictured. Stayed with my spouse, our daughter up from LA, and our old friends down from Oregon. There was a storm w 60-70 MPH gusts on our last full day that took the town's power out. We had just procured a few pounds of boiled Dungeness that we intended to make into crab cakes. We made the most: cracked the crab, I made a chunky red pepper aioli by hand with the sharp kitchen knives, and we played cards by candlelight whilst eating the above paired w good white wine.☺️ Best part: nobody had mobile service. It was perfect; thanks!♥️

Amazing property with a view!
This is a very unique house with plenty of room for your entire group/family and plenty of outdoor space for the group. The cooler weather prevented us from being outside too much but the house had everything we needed and the views are amazing. We loved having the sauna to use and the hot tub was also a nice addition. The communication from the property owner was probably the best I have ever experienced and we travel a lot. We will definitely be returning to this property on future visits to San Francisco/Pacifica!!

Nice view
Appreciated fireplace and stocked well with supplies, spices and coffee. Some steep stairs, so would not recommend for elderly or small children. Pretty house!
