Our home can accommodate up to 8 guests. Whether you are visiting for business, remote work from home, travel to Sacramento, you will find our fully furnished home perfect for families or friends traveling together.

We offer 4 bedrooms (1 king, 1queens, and 2 full beds), and 2 full bathrooms.

Enjoy in our SmartTV (65") watching all available shows at the family room, and SmartTV (55") in the master bedroom, high-speed internet and comfortable beds. This home is ideal for Visitors, Families, Business Parties, and more executies.

Guests have access to the entire house minus the garage.

-No smoking inside of the property (if guest smoke inside, we will charge a fee)
-No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).

-We have cameras at the front and back for security reasons.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
