The space
As you enter the home you will find yourself in a large living space, which is diligently designed and furnished for your comfort. Relax on the comfy couch while enjoying a movie or a game on the 65" smart TV.

Adjacent you will find the designated work space and a workout area equipped with a Peloton bike.

Moving on to the Dinning area you will find an expandable dinning table that can seat up to 6 guests. Turn on the fire place to enhance the relaxing ambience. In that space find another smart TV. The Kitchen is fully equipped as it includes all necessary utensils and appliances to make your stay comfortable and more.

From the Kitchen walk out to the large covered patio and newly remodeled, peaceful backyard. On the patio relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture while grilling on the gas grille. When you need a break from playing cornhole soak up some sun on the lounge cushion beds.

In the Master Bedroom you will be able to rest on a comfortable, premium mattress king size bed. The space has been carefully designed and decorated to create an ultimate sanctuary. From the Master Bedroom there is a direct access to the outdoor patio lounge area. The Master Bathroom includes a large tub and a stand up shower. This space includes two large closets. In the oversized walk in closet there is a designated make up area.

The second and third bedrooms are oversized and are furnished with premium, comfortable mattresses, smart TVs, desk areas and ceiling fans. Both bedrooms have large closets spaces with one of them being a walk in closet. In the third bedroom both twin beds are adjustable with a "Zero Gravity" feature for ultimate lower back comfort.

The 2.5 car garage has enough space for two vehicles and any other smaller toys you may have and plenty of storage space.

Also, the home has exterior sunscreens in addition to the blinds on all of the windows that ensures optimal thermal comfort even during the hot Vegas summers. Also, there is a water softener that conditions the hard Vegas water.
