Welcome to The Chelsea, where you can enjoy over 300 sun filled days a year. Our quiet 3 Bedroom-Townhome (1320 sq. ft.) is conveniently located near all Major Freeways, Sites and Attractions. My husband and I are locals & are excited for you to share in all that our Great City has to offer. Whether your visiting Henderson, Las Vegas, or any of our amazing surrounding cities and towns, we sure hope you will feel right at home.

Perfect Getaway Home

Wonderful accommodations!

Easy to get to and good location for all kinds of adventures. Very responsive and helpful owners. Home is comfortable and very clean. Back yard is very tidy and set up beautifully with flowering shrubs and nice furniture. At the top of our list for accommodations when we come back this way!

Great for Work

Scheduled the stay on short notice for a conference at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Easy commute to the convention center 15-20 min depending on traffic which was never that bad. Nice quiet neighborhood, very close to restaurants and shopping. Very easy to check in/out with great communication. Would stay again.

A bit about us; my husband was born & raised right here in Las Vegas (I know, not many people can make that declaration) and I am a transplant from Massachusetts (east coast girl at heart). We have been married for 20 years and have two amazing kids. We have a large extended family who we love to travel with. When we do travel we rely almost solely on this platform to rent other AMAZINIG homes. We knew from the start that we would offer our home here and hope that you too, will, enjoy all the comforts of home while staying in our newly remolded Townhome.

Our beautifully decorated, fully renovated, 3-bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bathroom townhome has a ton to offer. This is a two-story townhome. All three (3) bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Parking is in the drive way only. The garage is used for storage and not accessible to guests.

Some of the Townhomes Features include

* High-speed wireless internet
* (1) 55" Samsung Smart TV located in the Living Room
* (1) 32" Smart TV located in the Guest Bedroom with the King Bed.
Both TV have Apps that are built into the TV.... Such as Hulu, Netflix,
Disney** Please Take NOTE, that you must have your own log in and
account to access any of the streaming options!
* Full Size Washer & Dryer
* Fresh linens & towels
* Soap, shampoo and toilet paper (just enough to get you started)
* Fully equipped kitchen with service for Six (6)
* Stainless Steel Appliances
* Dual Coffer Maker (Drip & K-Cup)
* Formal Dining Room with seating for six (6)
* One (1) Full Bathroom Tub/Shower Combo, with Dual Vanity sinks located
on the 2nd Floor
* One (1) Powder Bathroom is located on 1st floor
* Fireplace is for aesthetics ONLY (it is not operational)

BED CONFIGURATION*** All Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor.

Bedroom One: 1 King pillow top bed
Bedroom Two: 1 Queen spring top bed
Bedroom Three: 1 Full & 1 Twin (both are spring beds)

We can comfortably sleep and accommodate up to 6 guests. Please let me know if you are traveling with small children.

Our 1320 sq. ft. Townhome (Located in Henderson) is in a quite residential neighborhood, conveniently located 15 minutes from the Harry Reid International airport, 20 minutes to the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, and less than 5 minutes to many restaurants, shopping, and local casinos.

Whether you're here to visit the world famous, Las Vegas Strip, to partake in a day of amazing golf, or taking in one of the our many magical, majestic sites and attractions, you are in the right place..
