This home is complete with everything to make your stay amazing including yard, and pool service. Beautiful Granite and tile throughout the home. All rooms except one bedroom have its own wall mounted flat-screen TV. Main living area has a 65-inch flat screen all TVs are smart TV's. Backyard block wall privacy fence, Wireless High-Speed Internet and an amazing three car garage. Fantastic location within minutes to everything including Mariners and Padres Baseball stadiums, hiking is right down the street at one of the best hiking parks in AZ. Thunderbird Park!! Beautiful pebble tech swimming pool.

The house was in great condition, very clean and spacious. It has several large TVs. The kitchen is stocked with helpful tools and supplies. Bruce responded to our inquiries right away. We would definitely stay at Bruce’s again.

A VERY comfortable stay!

Bruce was excellent and showed me around the whole house. The house itself was incredibly clean and had everything I could've needed. The area was quiet and close to many places to eat. I stayed in Bruce's house for a little over 3 weeks, and it was a very comfortable stay. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Super Nice and Clean Property

Everything about this rental was absolutely perfect. House was beautiful, exceptionally well appointed and CLEAN!! Location was great being very close to the facilites where the superbowl was held and where MLB Spring Training is taking place. Plenty of great quality places to dine out, have a few cocktails or just take a nice walk!

Wonderful place!

This property was amazing. Bruce, the owner was an exceptional person to deal with. His home was very homey and exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The kitchen provided all the necessary essentials to prepare meals etc. The backyard/pool was absolutely beautiful and very tranquil. The location was close to freeway, shopping centers and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect Oasis

Our stay exceeded our own lofty expectations. The house was spotless and didn’t lack for anything we needed. The back yard and pool were a perfect private sanctuary. Location of house is quiet neighborhood that is within 10 minutes to almost anything you might need. The owner, Bruce, was exceptionally easy to work with and prompt and responsive to all communications and needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate Retreat

We have stayed at Bruce’s property multiple times now. Located in a very quiet neighborhood it is within 15 minutes or less to most anything you might need and quick access to the freeway for more distant day trips. The house and grounds are immaculate and always sparking clean upon arrival. The private fenced backyard and pool is a perfect retreat. The house is well stocked with almost anything you might need and more. Bruce is a very responsive host who takes great pride in providing his guests the best experience possible. We can’t wait for another return trip!

Wonderful Home

This was an amazing find. The house is in a nice, quiet location and is clean and very nice. The pictures are accurate of what you can expect. The kitchen has everything you need to fix a meal. We enjoyed having lunch outside looking at the pool. There are several walking trails in the area which we used everyday. Bruce was very helpful in showing us around and was very easy to work with. We will definitely come back to this house. Thank you Bruce we had a wonderful time.

Awesome!

My husband and I came to Phoenix for a couple weeks and luckily found Bruce’s place (after having a VRBO cancellation 3 days before our arrival)! This was a great spot for us, 1/4 of a mile from the New River Bike Trail and had everything we needed! The house was clean and inviting. Bruce was very hospitable and even ran to get me a pie pan!! He had bottled water for us which was great when going biking! We were sad when we had to leave. We would definitely stay here again!

The cleanest high-end furniture place to stay

This was the cleanest high-end furniture nice place. This was by far the best rental i have had all year this is taken care of like it’s his own house that he lives in very prompt to answering questions and helping out things are very good person it was nice to meet him I can’t say enough about the swimming pool in the backyard very quiet neighborhood for families or just a little getaway. The neighborhood is gorgeous and all shopping is a 7 min drive in any direction. If you love walking, biking, hiking, golfing, all can be done in the area. We slept like babies, very peaceful area. Thank you Bruce for being such a great host and caring for all of our needs! You are the best!

Perfect family retreat!

We had a perfect getaway in Arizona, with a big thanks to Bruce and the wonderful property. It was spotless, comfortable and perfectly suited to our family. The location is pretty central to all of the different attractions you’d want to visit, and the area is lovely, quiet and very safe. Everyone had their own space, and Bruce had all of the amenities we could need and much more, he even went out and purchased games for us to play with the kids, which was so much appreciated. He met us at the house even though our check in was fairly late and ran us through everything we needed to know. His guide book had all the info! We were excited to crash after a long day of travel and were happy to relax in very comfy beds with crisp sheets and soft pillows. The yard was spacious with a refreshing pool, 4 loungers and brand new pool towels. I look forward to visiting again with my family!
