Enjoy this 4-bdrm, 2-bathrm house in the heart of Glendale, AZ. This l home comes equipped with a coffee/wine bar, an open kitchen and open dining area. There are 3 TVs, so you enjoy your favorite shows or play some old video games. Game boards are in the living room to enjoy a nice family game night. Step into the backyard to fire up the grill and enjoy barbecue while the kids play in the grassy area. Or take a dip in the diving pool. To top off the night enjoy some smores on the open fire pit. Walking distance to a park that includes a basketball court, tennis court, and playground.

TrĂšs beau sĂ©jour .Quelques petits dĂ©tails qui ont fait dĂ©faut ( bris de piscine , bonbonne de propane vide ) mais l’hĂŽte Ă©tait facilement joingnable . En gĂ©nĂ©ral , satisfait de la propretĂ© de la maison et de son emplacement 🙂

We enjoyed our stay. I loved the kids room with a bunk and conversion couch. The beanbag chairs were a great touch. The space of the house was wonderful. The garage was pretty big and the boys were able to set up their VR. My girls enjoyed the pool.

We didn’t get to utilize the pool due to the weather and the heated pool option did not work. The master bed mattress was uncomfortable and the knob to turn on the shower was very difficult to move. The location and neighborhood was great!

The property was good for our pets. Had a lawn area in the backyard to do their business. The pool was a good size for our family. I like that there was a fence around it to keep the little ones safe. The house accommodated everyone comfortably for all 7 of us. Plenty of dining space for large groups. Had a full size washer and dryer too. Beds were comfortable and plenty of closet space for everyone. Would recommend that the host provides more dishes and silverware for larger groups, and perhaps some baking dishes. Had to borrow some from family members who live in the area. Would also recommend a pool robot to keep the pool clean.

This house was perfect for us! A friend and I were moving our boys into college and we stayed here while we did last-minute shopping and assembled dorm furniture. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. The house is very clean! Neighborhood was very quiet. Loved the pool at night! Perfect weekends with our college boys before we sent them off!

My family of 7 sayed for 8 nights and had plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed the pool both day and night. We were close to everywhere from Scottsdale to downtown Phoenix, even made a trip to Sedona. The only issues we had were minor; the Roku remote in the living room didn't work but we just used the one from the bedroom, the ice machine didn't work due to a clump of frozen ice stuck in the chute. Once fixed, it seemed that it was broken so we just shut if off. We would definitely stay here again!

Great alternative for families instead of hotel

We came into town for a baby shower and this home was perfect for us. Everything is as described in the posting. The host was great; responding promptly to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend

Uncomfortable Stay

We use VRBO all the time and this is the worst house we have stayed in. You must be aware that this property backs up on a Water Plant so I woke up to trucks backing up at 6a the first morning. There is BARBED WIRE surrounding the backyard so it looks like a prison yard. When we arrived we found dried old food on plates left in the microwave. The property manager responded fine, but I had to ask what the arrival and departure routines were. This is clearly not someone’s home, but it seems a company owns it because there is no real care in this house. The beds are fine but they are all Queen sized. All The furniture is really uncomfortable except for the one couch that doesn’t face the TV inconveniently, and the number tabs have been left on the furniture from putting them together. It’s just cheap. The kitchen had old Folgers for coffee, no glasses only mugs, and just one wine glass.The pool was nice, but that backyard setting is just awful. Only 2 small lounge chairs, dirty outdoor living room, and dirty concrete. And if you look out the back windows it looks on to that Water Plant and the barbed wire. We come to Glendale twice a year to see family, and we use VRBO exclusively whether here or Palm Springs, but this is the biggest disappointment in a house that we’ve had. Hard pass.

This was a great property for our family. We stayed two weeks and we really enjoyed our stay. Owner was always helpful when we had questions. The pool was great for kids and we could watch all the NCAA basketball games during the tournament with the tvs provided. Thank you!

Has potential but needs some updates

We stayed for four weeks and this property is just not equipped well enough if you plan to spend much time there. The kitchen is grossly under equipped and the living room furniture is uncomfortable (belongs in a college house). The small beds are not ideal for multiple couples.

Nice house

The house was very nice overall. It definitely needs more kitchen pots and pans. There are no complimentary washing machine pods or soap for the washing machine. The furniture could use an updating and more outdoor furniture for seating. There was not enough toilet paper or paper towels left for our visit.

The beds were not very comfortable and a few of them were not the ones shown on the pictures on the site. There was an issue with the shower in the master bedroom. The bathrooms carpets were not clean. The shower in the hallway bathroom was not very clean. The kitchen had issues with draining properly. The patio furniture was not clean.
