We stayed at this wonderful property for a family get-away. We can't say enough about Ty and her team! They answered any requests immediately. We were celebrating 3 birthdays and when we arrived there were 3 balloons, several boxes of cupcakes and a sweet note from the owners wishing us a happy birthday. In addition, our grandson left his charger at the house. The team located it and offered to ship it to MD for us. The house itself is magnificent! The home has everything you can think of as well as a welcome bottle of wine and assorted snacks! The pool and hot tub and all the pool toys available to use made it fun! We stay at a lot of rental houses and we all agreed this was the best one!

Wonderful, spacious home with pool!

My family had an amazing stay. The house is massive, with a gated pool and lake access. The home was very clean and well kept, and we enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables. The property manager is very responsive and replied quickly to one question we had during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Another Great Family Vacation

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful mansion. It is so spacious and offers a lot of wonderful entertainment for everyone. The pool and pool spa made our vacation more enjoyable and fun. We rented a pontoon boat for two days and the young ones had a ball riding around and tubing. I would definitely recommend this house to my family and friends.

We came to the Charlotte area for my daughter’s wedding. Ty’s home was ideal for our large family and the location was ideal. It was a great place to enjoy separate spaces or gather together. The house was absolutely beautiful and it was peaceful to sip morning coffee out on the porch while watching the blue heron hunt for fish in the water. Ty was a super responsive host and left a welcome gift for the bride, which was very thoughtful. If you have a chance to stay here, I would highly recommend it.

The perfect house

What an amazing property. Everyone found something to do, and I loved that I was able to seat with the grandkids in the theater room and have popcorn. Having the pool was a big heat, I want to say with got in the pool everyday. So much space, and quite. So many nooks to seat and read. Loved it, and will return on future vacations.

We were gathering for a reunion of friends from a nearby college. While the weather did not cooperate for all of our outdoor adventures, the house had plenty of space and entertainment options to keep all of our crew happy. The pool/spa were very popular amongst the group. And the ample amount of space for cooking and dining together indoors and outdoors was perfect for our low-maintenance needs. We can't thank Ty and the team enough. They were the epitome of southern hospitality throughout our stay.

Perfect for Extended family vacation

First, Ty and team were absolutely wonderful. The property is very nice and fit our multigenerational extended family with room to spare. We had a set of grandparents, and three families with kids spanning ages 1.5 years old -15 years old. Total of 16 people. We rented a pontoon boat, which we docked at the Marina. We used the kayaks off of dock by the house and it was so much fun. Loved the spot and would come back.

We had a fabulous time in a spectacular house. No issues to report. I do apologize for the increased noise outside the first night. Hope the place was found to be in satisfactory condition upon our exit and that you would consider allowing us to return at some time in the future. Thank you!

Image de profil de l’hôte

Hi, I’m Ty, your host at the Lake Norman Waterfront Retreat.

I take pride in providing clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces where guests can relax, connect, and create lasting memories. My goal is to make every stay smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free from the moment you arrive.

Whether you’re visiting for a family gathering, a quiet weekend escape, or a business retreat, this home was designed to help you feel refreshed and at ease.

Hospitality is more than a service to me — it’s about creating experiences that feel personal, peaceful, and easy to enjoy. My team and I look forward to hosting you soon.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I chose this neighborhood because it perfectly combines peace and proximity. Nestled along a quiet cove of Lake Norman, it offers the kind of calm that helps you unwind — yet it’s only a short drive to local restaurants, marinas, and shopping.

What I enjoy most is how relaxing it feels here, the stillness of the water and convenience of the lake — you’re only strokes away from canoeing through the canal into open waters, where the views are wide and the experience feels like pure freedom.

It’s peaceful, safe, and close to restaurants, marinas, and local attractions — a true balance of relaxation and connection.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

What makes this property unique is the balance of comfort, space, and serenity it offers. It’s rare to find a home this large that still feels warm and personal.

Guests love the variety of gathering spaces — from cozy sitting areas and a private theater room to the pool and outdoor entertaining spaces; pthere’s room for everyone to connect or unwind in their own way.

It’s the kind of place that feels like a true getaway, where every detail encourages rest, laughter, and memorable moments by the water.
