Amazing stay

The host was great, the house is amazing. And the location at the very end of the lake (with young kids) couldn’t have been better. What a great experience all around.

Amazing house

Great house for a big family. Had a lot of room for everyone. The kids loved the movie room and the games. Perfect for renting a boat and enjoying a relaxing week on the lake.

Wonderful, spacious home with pool!

My family had an amazing stay. The house is massive, with a gated pool and lake access. The home was very clean and well kept, and we enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables. The property manager is very responsive and replied quickly to one question we had during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Another Great Family Vacation

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful mansion. It is so spacious and offers a lot of wonderful entertainment for everyone. The pool and pool spa made our vacation more enjoyable and fun. We rented a pontoon boat for two days and the young ones had a ball riding around and tubing. I would definitely recommend this house to my family and friends.

We were gathering for a reunion of friends from a nearby college. While the weather did not cooperate for all of our outdoor adventures, the house had plenty of space and entertainment options to keep all of our crew happy. The pool/spa were very popular amongst the group. And the ample amount of space for cooking and dining together indoors and outdoors was perfect for our low-maintenance needs. We can't thank Ty and the team enough. They were the epitome of southern hospitality throughout our stay.

The perfect house

What an amazing property. Everyone found something to do, and I loved that I was able to seat with the grandkids in the theater room and have popcorn. Having the pool was a big heat, I want to say with got in the pool everyday. So much space, and quite. So many nooks to seat and read. Loved it, and will return on future vacations.

Perfect for Extended family vacation

First, Ty and team were absolutely wonderful. The property is very nice and fit our multigenerational extended family with room to spare. We had a set of grandparents, and three families with kids spanning ages 1.5 years old -15 years old. Total of 16 people. We rented a pontoon boat, which we docked at the Marina. We used the kayaks off of dock by the house and it was so much fun. Loved the spot and would come back.

We had a fabulous time in a spectacular house. No issues to report. I do apologize for the increased noise outside the first night. Hope the place was found to be in satisfactory condition upon our exit and that you would consider allowing us to return at some time in the future. Thank you!

We came to the Charlotte area for my daughter’s wedding. Ty’s home was ideal for our large family and the location was ideal. It was a great place to enjoy separate spaces or gather together. The house was absolutely beautiful and it was peaceful to sip morning coffee out on the porch while watching the blue heron hunt for fish in the water. Ty was a super responsive host and left a welcome gift for the bride, which was very thoughtful. If you have a chance to stay here, I would highly recommend it.
