Excellent home! This place had a large great room area with ample seating, so our family could sit together, chat and relax. We loved how well stocked it was, with attention to lots of “extras” like small appliances and lots of dishes. The grocery store was a quick half mile away! We’ like to return in summer to enjoy the pool!

This is the second time we have rented this property and had another wonderful stay! Thanks again to Darrell and Laurie for hosting our family with their comfortable and spacious home. The large open living room and ample seating made visiting with each other so nice and convenient. We had an Easter Egg hunt for the kids and celebrated our son’s birthday. Another year of making great memories here! We look forward to returning again next year. This rental home is highly recommended!

Nice house in a great neighborhood. Took a bit to figure out two complicated TVs. Owner had to bring in a tech because they did not have directions written up. I recommended they make sure they put directions for each TV period Took a while to connect with the owners to get this fixed. That was a bit frustrating. That would be the only real negative. Great place to stay, we would stay there again if we were doing remodeling in our current home.

Beautiful home inside and out, very comfortable, had everything we needed. Great location, close to grocery stores (love the Albertsons Market- huge store), close to restaurants. Did not want to leave when the time came.

Week in Boise

Home is nicely located with easy accessible to multiple restaurants and surrounding area. Very comfortable, clean and spacious with all necessary kitchen accessories etc.. We will stay here again on our next trip to Boise.

Laurie and Darrell Burchfield are both Realtors and have been for a total of over 51 years of experience. Married for over 44 years with 4 children and 8 grandchildren of which most of them live within 20 minutes or less from them. Darrell is an Idaho native, graduated from Borah High and played football for University of Idaho. Laurie is from Virginia but thinks of herself as a proud Idahoan after living here for the last 32+ years. We love Idaho and feel blessed to be part of such a friendly and welcoming population!

You are literally only minutes to the Airport, The Idaho Center, Albertson's Stadium, less than an hour to Bogus Basin Ski Area or Lucky Peak Reservoir. So much to do and so little travel time to get to it!!
