Beautiful Home in Golf Course Community - 3 Bedroom plus Den

Welcome to your home away from home. Our lovely one story 3-bedroom plus den/ 2 bath home has everything you need to make a perfect memory.

A king-size Sleep Number mattress set awaits you in the master suite. The two other bedrooms have cushy queen beds, and a Queen sofa set is in the enclosed den if another bed is desired. We have provided a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with blender, mixer, slow cooker, rice cooker, pots, pans, and bake ware of all sizes, and a cupboard with condiments and major spices. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with serving plates and glassware for eight. In the living room, a comfy leather sofa / loveseat and accent chair await you, for viewing the new 55-inch flat screen smart TV with 100+ channel entertainment package, complete with Blu-ray DVD and movie selections. Also included are washer & dryer, plus an assortment of toys, books, and games of all sorts for all ages.

Located in The Lakes at Cherry Lane golf course community, We have a fenced backyard, patio with a gas grill and a patio set for outside dining. The attached garage will accommodate most regular sized vehicles. into the garage.

Enjoy some time in beautiful Meridian. You are only minutes to Albertsons, Costco, Fred Meyers, Walmart, Dollar Tree, Sonic, Dutch Bros. Coffee, and the newest and finest mall in Idaho - The Village in Meridian. Within 30 minutes to 2 1/2 hours, you have world class biking, mountain biking and hiking, whitewater rafting, & snow skiing. You name it, and we probably have it nearby.

First timers

We have a 5th we usually use to travel. This trip worked better to take car so we decided to try this instead of hotel. The bar is now set pretty high. This house was everything we wanted and more. Dave was very proactive making sure we understood instructions to get in to home and make sure everything was correct. All was done through the portal so we could just check in when it was convenient. Dave also gave me good suggestions for golf while we were here. Our oldest son lives in the area so we will definitely be back again. Thanks for everything. The home is beautiful and location couldn’t be better for us.

Very well appointed!

This house was even better in person! We loved how they decorated the house for the holiday. Nice little touch. We did not have to worry about a thing! Kitchen had everything we needed. The house was spotless. The house was warm and inviting and just what we needed for the time spent with our grandkids touring around the area. I would have one suggestion, A television in the master bedroom would be nice. There was one in the living room and also in the den but we like to relax and watch tv at night. We will for sure stay here again. It is close to whatever you need and we received great communication from the owners even when they were out of the country they checked on us.

Had a wonderful time. Beautiful home and lots of space. Loved that we were near the golf course. Very nice to have treats waiting for us. Plenty of towels and extra pillows and bedding for the den area.

Family weekend

Had a family friend coming from Virginia and needed a central location for Treasure Valley friends and family to gather and visit, and this house worked perfectly. Clean, comfortable, and a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked. The check in/out process and over all communication was clear and easy. Would definitely recommend.

Golf Week in Meridian

This was a really nice place to stay for 4 friends on a golf trip to the Boise area. The house was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and convenient for shopping etc. Thanks to our great hosts for providing such a nice house for our stay!

Awesome place to stay

This property is in a great location and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. It was very clean and convenient. My family enjoyed our stay and that we were able to cook and clean. T was very clean and nice and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay at this place again. The owner was very helpful and having information to us quickly

Meridian Home Rental

The house was very comfortable and well organized. The neighbors were nice and the neighborhood was quiet. I recomend this rental to families or couples. The owners welcome guest with a lovely snack basket. So much better than a hotel stay.

Home away from home

Had to be in Boise for a conference at the beginnimg of family vacation. Needed a place where grandpaernts could rest and relax for rest of trip. Family Gathering in Boise

This house was perfect for our visit to the Boise area! Four adults were very comfortable. Single level home made it easy for my wife to get around on crutches or her knee scooter following surgery. Great location, nice back yard, incredibly quiet neighborhood, close to grocery, Starbucks, local coffee, craft breweries and more. Convenient access to the highway. Dave was a great host and available by text to ensure that our check-in was seamless. I would highly recommend!

Great location. We love the close knit community feeling that Meridian offers. It’s close to shopping, great restaurants, and Eagle Island State Park. Besides the Golf Course in the development, BanBury & RidgeCrest golf courses are near by, as is Settlers Park and the Charles F McDevitt Youth Sports Complex, a 30-acre park with picnic areas, play areas, a skate park, and a catch and release fishing pond.
