Our home has three levels. THE TOP LEVEL has a large mezzanine/loft, great for hanging out and a space for bringing work with you. The top level has two bedrooms with new queen-size beds and mattresses with a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom. THE MAIN LEVEL features an open floor plan with cathedral ceiling, two-story windows across the back with breathtaking water views, all wood flooring, an open kitchen/living room/dining room with table seating for 12. The living room has a sectional sofa, gas fireplace wrapped in white shiplap, and a 75 inch/4K flat screen TV. Walk-out to a large, covered screen porch with 12’ ceilings for dining and extra seating for hanging out together, or walk out on our deck with wide water views and plenty of seating. We have a well-equipped large gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, including a large 15’ foot island and beautiful water views. Other great features include a Master Bedroom with an ensuite luxury bathroom, new king-size bed and mattress, wide waterfront views, large flat screen TV, outside private deck area with seating for two. Also on the Main Floor is a second bedroom with new queen-size bed/mattress and adjoining bathroom. Great for extended families! THE LOWER LIVING LEVEL features a lovely second living space with lots of windows letting in an abundance of sunlight and open waterfront views. We have a second Master Bedroom with a new king-size bed and mattress, 55 inch/4k flat screen TV, beautiful waterfront views and adjoining bathroom. The Bunkroom features sleeping for four children, plenty of floor play space and a flat screen TV for movies. The Lower Living Level also features a large breakfast bar with 12’ foot island and seating, a built-in wine cooler, coffee maker, Keurig, large sink, dishes and dishwasher. The downstairs REC Room is fully stocked with board games, a game table, foosball table, 12’ foot shuffleboard table, sectional sofa and a 75 inch/4K flat screen TV with surround sound. The REC Room French doors give easy access to the waterfront boathouse, in-ground sandbox and sandy beach area.
