Two bedroom one full bath condo unit sleeps up to six. This updated condo is a great spot even for the non-skier. Comfortable living room for all to sit and enjoy watching a movie by the fireplace. Kitchen has been nicely updated with well appointed appliances. Easy access to condo and to the trails. This building is right next to pool building. Come and enjoy all that Sunday River and the whole area has to offer. Rental ski locker to store your outdoor items. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Great Unit, Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year in this unit (we discovered via the Guest Book). It was well-equipped for our large group with a spacious, well-stocked kitchen and plenty of sleeping/living quarters. The best part is the ski-in/ski-out location and it's easy access to the outdoor heated pool. We come back year after year!

Ski Weekend

This condo was a great place for myself, my SO, and our friends to stay while skiing at Sunday River. It had everything we needed and the host was great!

Excellent Ski-in Ski-out Condo

We loved this North peak ski-in ski-out condo! Condo was spacious and exactly as pictured. Easy to park outside and walk right to the slope! Heated pool with indoor entry was great after a day of skiing. Would stay here again!

Nice Ski in ski out place

We enjoyed our stay at this nice property. The unit was well described and very clean. Our family of four fit just fine in this unit. It is steps to the slope. The ski locker on the ground floor is very convenient. We didn’t go in the heated pool but we met some folks who said it was nice. We enjoyed Sunday River and Bethel. We would stay here again.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here. It's just a few stairs up to the slope. The unit is great for a family of 4-5. Well appointed with the necessities. No frills but we were just there to ski.

Good location for skiing

Easy location for ski on/off the slopes for my teen and his 2 friends. They loved the pool. Place was clean and kitchen was stocked with all essentials. Loved the bunk beds in the kids room. Comfie sofa and hang out space in living area. Would have love a TV in master bedroom but overall would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo using it as main base for a group of 4 adults, 3 kids (11-13). We used a second condo for spillover (adult) sleeping. The location is ideal, ski-in/ski-out, first floor (less lugging) and conveniently close to the outdoor heated pool. It is spacious with lots of sleeping room. Most appreciated was the completeness of the kitchen with plenty of extra dishes/glasses/pans, etc. for cooking. The little extras of plastic wrap, sugar, spices, etc. kept our stay running smoothly. Will definitely be back!
