LIVING ROOM The living room offers an indoor fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating to unwind. There is a 40` flat screen TV with Amazon Fire Stick TV. The Amazon Fire TV Stick is a media streaming device that lets you watch your favourite TV shows and movies from top services that you might subscribe to like Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, and Amazon Prime in one place on a popular, easy-to-navigate platform
BEDROOMS Each bedroom is professionally decorated with an easygoing theme. Every detail has been curated to ensure that our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Primary Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, completed with premium linens and pillows, a giant walk-through closet and a private ensuite bathroom
Bedroom #2: Single-over-double bunk bed, clloset and a dedicated workstation.
FULL KITCHEN When you’re away with the family, a great kitchen is always a must, and in this kitchen, you will not be disappointed. Go ahead, cook your favourite dish or try something new in the kitchen; it has everything you need to get the job done with ease. It also features a sit-up breakfast bar with seating for three, where you can serve easy meals & snacks to get the kids fed and out the door, where adventure awaits.
Included Supplies: - Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals - Serving utensils - Complete set of knives - BBQ tongs - Coffee maker (Drip) - Blender - Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster.

LAUNDRY Also included in your stay is a laundry room with detergent and plenty of shelving to organize your summer or winter gear.
PARKING You’ll also have your own designated underground parking spot, offering you another level of convenience, guaranteeing you won’t have to spend time searching for visitor or street parking. However, if you have more than one vehicle, there is plenty of additional parking.
PANORAMA SHUTTLE The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.
The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.

3. There is no smoking permitted in the property, including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although up to two (x2) pets are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

Nice unit, as described. Kitchen was well appointed (although missing wine corkscrew). Check in process was a bit frustrating as the automated system the owner has set up never sent me the check-in codes until I called. Also, be aware that there is a verification process that requires you to provide a picture of your drivers license and a matching selfie, which is ok but, first time I’ve seen that process. Overall a lovely unit with great beds/pillows etc. Don’t forget your pool towels as there aren’t any provided.

Apologies for the check-in code delay—we’re working with the provider to improve that process. The ID verification is part of our security setup, but we understand it can catch guests off guard.

We booked through Expedia but it by Vrbo & the host wasn't who we communicated with it was a mgmt company Aisling Baile, why there were SO MANY fees.
PROS: The unit is a good size & comes with all the amenities you could need & is on the main floor with a great patio that faces the parking lot but it's screened in on the bottom so no one can see you when you are sitting on the patio furniture. The one room comes with bunk beds, great for adults & kids & had a ps4, TV, etc.
The main area is nicely furnished & has NETFLIX so you can watch movies, etc. The location is great & very pet friendly even though this patio doesn't have an exit you are right next to the exit. It's right by the beach & public park, no dogs allowed in the park or beach area but there is walking path right there where you can walk the dogs on the beach. The suite has an underground parking spot which is ideal since the parking lot gets packed pretty fast. You can walk to A&W & Subway.
CONS: we paid huge cleaning fee & it wasn't very clean, the doors had stains all over them in all the rooms, as did the baseboards. The patio was filthy & the BBQ had NEVER been cleaned. The bathtubs both had a dirt ring around them & the SMELL in the unit, gross. We realized the wagons in the units, are for garbage & this one was in the laundry room, so we took it out in the patio &I had to disinfect the floor in the room, which the cloth was black with dirt. They didn't refund the fee, even tho I cleaned.
