We had a great stay here. The property was just as listed, super clean, great location and we used 2 of the recommendations from the host for places to eat and both were delicious! All in all, pretty much perfect. Thank you!

Very clean and convenient to downtown Seattle. Parking was no problem. We didn’t use the off-street parking space as we always found parking on the street directly in front of the property. The beds were very comfortable and the roof deck was a plus. It’s important to note that are 3 floors separated by quite a few stairs, which wasn’t a problem for us but something to consider for those with mobility issues (one of the beds and full baths was on the first floor, as was the pullout couch),Overall. It was a great place and Payton (host) was always quickly to answer any questions we had.

Wonderful location and clean, contemporary amenities. The host treats us as guests. Parking was easy, with groceries and gas nearby. High ceilings give a lovely spaciousness (although translate into lots of stairs). The rooftop deck was a great morning and evening treat.

The host is friendly and quick to respond. Check-in was easy, and the dedicated parking was helpful. Air-conditioning on the second and third floor was a blessing on several warmer days during our stay.If you are to book this home for your stay, I would suggest ear plugs (provided) due to the street noise at night. Additionally, if you are sensitive to bright morning light, bring a sleep mask. Also, be prepared to get your steps in, as this unit has 3 floors, and a rooftop patio. The carpet could use a good deep cleaning or full replacement/removal. Construction was just starting on the lot next door, the day we were checking-out.

Fun Stay in Ballard

Payton was amazing and super communicative which made our stay amazing! We had a blast and loved the property. The rooftop views are stunning as is the house! Would recommend and will be staying again!

Lovely townhouse

We enjoyed our stay! The townhouse is lovely, clean, great kitchen with all we needed. Also a great location for walking (I found Larsen's bakery which was yummy).

Townhouse is lovely, nice high ceilings, very clean, lots of nice little touches (coffee, dog treats, snacks, etc.). Parking spot was great to have. Very comfortable beds.
