The spacious deck offers a front-row seat on the Plantation Course's 18th fairway which is perfect for taking in the abundant wildlife like white tail deer, herons, egrets, turtles, and more. This condo is just what you need for an unforgettable getaway to unwind and experience the kind of relaxation that can only be found on Edisto Beach. The updated interior features flat screen Smart TVs, comfortable furnishings, and tasteful decor. Amazing

The property is very clean, parking can be tight but it all works out. The location is right across the street from the pool, bike rental and cafe.

Quite little place

This location worked for us as we spent very little time there. Great location across from pool playground and putt putt golf. The light switch situation was difficult none really controlled much. Maybe lights were switched off at the light fixture. Didn’t mess with it. Overall nice place to stay.

Loved the Area, Didn't like the unit

For the money that was charged, the unit was unacceptable. It was small, dryer didn't vent to the exterior so when used it filled the unit with humidity, outlet didn't work in the bathroom, hair dryer was not included, back porch was dirty and covered with debris, address was difficult to find, light over the steps didn't work. I appreciated the company left us some paper products and soap, shampoo, conditioner when the posting stated those items were not included. For those of us that do not have TV streaming accounts, directions on how to get to free TV would have been appreciated.

Melissa, Thank you for sharing your experience. We value your feedback! Thank you for providing a list of suggestions during the check out process as well. We address the back deck prior to each arrival as it sits under a grand oak tree and must be blown off and cleaned just prior to occupancy to avoid any accumulation. A wind storm the day of your arrival certainly didn't help with this process and we apologize that the deck wasn't to our standard upon your arrival. The dryer is designed to vent to the interior, but we will discuss other options with the homeowners. Since your stay, we have addressed the entry door light. Other lighting in the complex is managed by the POA (not affiliated with Carolina One) so we will pass along your report to ensure all is working properly. We also checked all outlets and are happy to report that there are no issues. There is a GFI outlet in the bathroom that simply needed the button reset. These outlets are a safety feature as they are near sinks/areas around water and the need to reset them from time to time is not uncommon. We do not market the inclusion of a hair dryer although this is a recommendation that we make to our owners during seasonal inventory restocking. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the Edisto Beach area, and we have a number of different types of accomodations that may be more fitting for your tastes during a future stay.
