Keep it simple at this centrally located and newly renovated home in beautiful Bozeman. This 3 bed 1 bath is fur baby & family friendly. 2 queen beds/ 1 king. Dining and lounging for 6. Air mattress available upon request (full). Large fenced yard and off street parking. Back patio space for lounging with a full sized bbq. Washer/dryer, coffee pot, cooking necessities, and more. 1.8 miles to downtown/1.5 miles MT State/13 miles Bridger Bowl/ 29 to Big Sky. Inquire separately to rent our Suburban (seats 8) or Audi Q7 (seats 7). Airport delivery available. Dogs allowed per owners discretion. All dogs must be dog friendly and vaccinated. An additional $25 will be charged for pets.

We stayed for a last minute reservation for a sports game. Mallory was quick to respond to questions and so accommodating! The house was great
 3 bedrooms, an open kitchen, a large family room with big couch and cute decor. We will definitely be staying again!

The property checked all the boxes: location, dog friendly, no stairs (my elderly father was joining us), nice decor, clean and well maintained. We had the pleasure of meeting our hosts who ensured our questions were answered promptly. A freak lightning storm took out the internet but our hosts replaced the equipment as quickly as possible. Bozeman is a college town and some of the nearby residents are college students who can be a little louder as neighbors; but the bedrooms are in the back of the house and our sleep wasn’t affected. Bozeman has so much beautiful country to explore nearby with a vibrant, friendly downtown at it’s epicenter.

The location of this property worked out great as it is centralized. I wished that the owner had explained the check in process in advance instead of making me wait until 2 days ahead of time. We booked this property this property one year in advance. The 3 bedrooms worked out great, but we could have used a 2nd bathroom.

Great house in a fantastic location!!

We were in town for parents' weekend at Montana State, and this property was perfect for the six of us! Updated, with all of the amenities, and great outdoor space. Communication with the hosts was easy, and they responded very quickly to our questions!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our time here! Very homey feel to it and the host was incredibly responsive. The house had comfy beds, and a large living space where we could all hang out. It was also stocked with anything we needed. Overall a great stay in Bozeman!

Nice but small for us

Clean and well stocked decorated nicely...we had 8 and a dog. It was presented to have accommodations for 8 and we did sleep 8, but with 1 bathroom and basically 1 living area and dining area with 6 chairs...it was cramped. I would recommend it to better accommodate 6. All in all though it was a nice place to stay and the owner was very easy to work with.
