Lovely home near Killington, Suicide Six and Okemo

Seasonal Winter Rental (Nov, 2022-April, 2023). 60 day min. stay. Amazing views from this modern, open-concept home on 5.8 acres. Great hill for sledding/snowboarding. Great room, 1 bedroom & laundry room on main floor. New kitchen & laundry appliances. Sunny, furnished walk-out lower level has 2 twin beds + 2nd living/dining area w/hot tub outside. An easy 12 miles to Killington; 8 miles to historic Woodstock & then on to Suicide Six. Okemo is also close. AWD car is ideal. (No pets, please!)
The space
Newly furnished house, updated appliances in kitchen and laundry room. Mudroom is great for off-loading winter gear. Four bedroom areas: two private bedrooms upstairs (king; queen); one private bedroom on main floor (queen) and two twin beds on the lower level (open space). Office space on lower level as well. Walk out to hot tub under covered roof. Bath with shower upstairs; bath with tub on main floor. Generator automatically kicks in when power goes out - a must-have in this area! Ashley wood-burning stove for supplemental heat (check with host first). Heated floors in dining/living area. No interior security cameras; only outdoor ones for safety.
Guests can access all areas in house except for basement utility room and garage. Plenty of parking on property.
