Enjoy this charming, newly remodeled 3-bedroom 2 bath house in the heart of Carson City NV. Take a short stroll to nearby local restaurants, bars, museums, and State offices downtown. Additionally, use as an excellent home base to your adventures in Lake Tahoe, Virginia City, and the Eastern Sierras - all less than 30 minutes away. The location is excellent!
The space
The space is fully updated and tastefully decorated. 1 Master bedroom with its own full bath and working space. 1 queen bedroom & 1 bedroom with a full bottom bunk and single top bunk with a shared bathroom. The kitchen is full updated with new appliances and a breakfast nook. The living room comfortable with a pull-out sofa bed. 3 flatscreen TVs with smart Apps and WiFi Access. New dryer and washer. Back patio with outdoor dining table and lounge chairs. Plenty of free parking surrounding the building and full-grown trees & foliage.
Guest access
Guests have access to the main house, front yard, and backyard on the property. There is only 1 renter on the entire property at a time. Guest does not have access to the back garage building or basement - but note those are just for owner storage. Easy self-check in with a provided lock code.

Awesome location to enjoy in Carson City and everything to do in the surrounding areas.

We have additional services you can ask about which we charge an extra fee for if you request them:

Excellent property, in a great location. Many places within walking distance and others just a short drive away. My wife and I have been holidaying in the USA for more than 25 years. We have visited many places and stayed in lots of different properties. Never have we stayed in one that was so well stocked with all the necessities. 5*****

Great Stay

What a wonderful place to stay with my kids when we came into town for my niece’s wedding. It was perfect for us and very comfortable. The host did an excellent job of making us feel at home and making the check in and especially the checkout process easy (they took care of all the cleaning). Overall it was an excellent stay!

Really enjoyed our time in this house. The location was wonderful with very easy parking for the amount of people in the home. House is comfortable with a great layout. Really appreciated the interaction with the host and the suggestions for restaurants and grocery stores.

Inside was nice

Inside looked like the pictures! Loved the Keurig coffee pot and the kitchen worked great! TV's are smart TV's, so no local or national news unless you have a streaming service. Outside front needs some curb appeal. Outside patio needs cleanup fixup.New electric outlets (50%) did not hold the plugged in cords very well. Main shower did not drain well. We were not there much of the day, so it did not bother us much. We had Paramount so we could watch CBS. Loved the location!

Carson City Getaway

There was plenty of room for all 5 adults. The property was in a quiet neighborhood and perfectly located for easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. It was nice to not need to fulfill a list of chores before we checked out.

Wedding trip

The inside was extremely clean. The beds very comfortable! The kitchen is bigger than the photos give the impression of, upgraded appliances, and roomy island. The furniture is clean and comfy. The outside seems to still in progress of being fixed up, but the inside lives up to exactly what is shown in the photos.

The best place to stay!

The house was great for our group of 6. Perfect actually. More than cute, it was very well decorated in the inside. Everything we needed was there for guests. The house was immaculate. Many places to eat were within easy walking distance. The price is reasonable too. Communications with the owner was very nice and helpful. We recommend this VRBO wholeheartedly.

Safety concerns

We are elderly. We had some safety concerns in the bathrooms. There were no non-slip strips in the bathtub and the walk-in shower. As well as nothing to hold on to when exiting the bathtub and shower (both were very slippery). In the living room there was a section of the rug that was curled up and a tripping hazard. The rugs in the bathrooms really need to have rubber backing to avoid movement on the slick tile floors when exiting the bathtub and shower Otherwise, our stay was very comfortable.

Never again.

We had a nice stay until a random lady let herself in on Saturday morning about 10:20am yelling at us that we were supposed to be out by 10am & why were we still here. She was quite rude & didn't really believe we had booked an additional night. She indicated that she thought someone else would be checking in that day. She also accused us of leaving beer bottles on the front porch & bought us a1/2 drank beer in to us. I explained that it was not ours & we had found it out front along with a bunch of other trash we had picked up from in front of the house. She also told us that is normal because this is the neighborhood where the homeless hang out. Whomever this is told us this house belonged to her family & Niki didn't tell her. I have to say for my first vacation rental house I am quite disappointed. Owners response: I apologize for that, there was a miscommunication with our cleaners. Curtains are super sheer even though double, AC works great but blows curtains open due to vents right below the windows. and a lot of foot traffic outside the house at all hours. Maybe due to a bar in close proximity & loud music throughout the night. No lighting in backyard & wooden steps out back are falling apart. If you park in the driveway on side, watch out for broken glass & screws that may puncture a tire. A lot of the door knobs are loose. Water filter on refrigerator needed changed. Only one kitchen towel so used bathroom towels in kitchen.2 unclean pot holders & soiled scissors.

Adorable place in the middle of it all

Adorable remodeled home in Carson City. Close to Reno, Tahoe and Minden, all places we visited. We loved staying here and would absolutely stay here again. We had everything we needed and they answered all of our questions. Truly felt like our home for a few days and I didn't want to leave.

Nicely upgraded spacious and comfortable home

My family of four all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We all loved the decor, high end furnishings and comfortable beds which made for a great home away from home. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The extra touches were nice. The layout of the home was spacious and we liked that the master bedroom was on the opposite side from the other two rooms. Can't wait to stay again when we are back in town.
