The kitchen is full updated with new appliances and a breakfast nook. The living room comfortable with a pull-out sofa bed. 3 flatscreen TVs with smart Apps and WiFi Access. New dryer and washer. Back patio with outdoor dining table and lounge chairs. Plenty of free parking surrounding the building and full-grown trees & foliage.
Guest access
Guests have access to the main house, front yard, and backyard on the property. There is only 1 renter on the entire property at a time. Guest does not have access to the back garage building or basement - but note those are just for owner storage. Easy self-check in with a provided lock code.
