Great stay!

The house has everything that we needed for our stay. It was clean, has plenty of beds, and the host provided generous amount of bedding and towels. The house looks even better than the photos. Host was super responsive and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend booking a stay if you're in Carson City.

Cozy home, quiet neighborhood

We were pleasantly surprised at how cozy and warm this home felt. Great proximity to the beautiful city park and downtown. The neighborhood was well-kept and very quiet which was relaxing. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating.

We were disappointed that the house did not have AC as advertised. There was a swamp cooler in the living room. Also, it did not seem especially clean.

You feel like you're at home.

Feels like home, super nice, clean, comfortable, big for families, best place to stay if going to lake Tahoe our surrounding cities! Mr. Elton the Owner it's a very nice person and you might woke up with a wordenfull surprise walking on the neighborhood (a deer)..... Best vacation and experience ever! Thank you Mr. Elton!!

Great stay, well-equipped house and extremely responsive host

Lovely home, pristine and cozy, with all the amenities we needed and a perfect host, who is very responsive, communicative and accommodating. Kitchen had everything we needed (even a nutribullet) and the beds were super comfortable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It felt like we moved into a new home. Location worked out great for us as well. Thanks for letting us stay, Elton. If the place is free during any of our future trips to Carson City, will definitely book again.

Comfy Carson Accommodations

We enjoyed staying in this cute house which is not only close to downtown Carson City but also conveniently close to my son's house. The house was very clean and the kitchen had lots of dishes and pots and pans for cooking. One drawback was the dishwasher which did not function very well.

Clean dog friendly house but no central air

The house was clean and it was great that we were able to bring our dog. Not all of the interior doors close properly. The house was advertised as having a air conditioning, however it only has a wall swamp cooler in the living room. Unfortunately we stayed on a hot week so we had to have it on high our entire trip.
