Wonderful house. Layout is very open and roomy. Appliances were excellent with kitchen fully functional so no need to pack dishes/cookware, etc. I’ll definitely book again. Thank you.

Nice House, spacious and open floor plan is great. Beds were in good shape and comfortable. Very nice neighborhood. Easy access to interstates 70&75. It was lacking in a few areas though. We were provided with only one towel per person and some of them were stained. The dryer was loaded with towels and sheets and we didn't know where to put them. The washer had a load of laundry in it from the previous renter. The living room furniture is getting pretty beat up. There was a minimal selection of pots and pans and they were in poor condition. The grill was very dirty and unusable.

Could have had more pans for cooking, and the basic toiletry items such as toilet paper and hand soap. More linens would have helped. The place wasn’t bad don’t get me wrong.

This is exactly what we needed. Not a 5 star property but with 12 kids it was affordable and spacious. Beds were clean and comfortable. House is furnished very basic and could use a deep cleaning. We would definitely stay there again. Communication was good and property was easy to find.

Didn't see any check out instructions so we did what most vrbo rentals told us in the past. Enjoyed having hot water for bathing. The upstairs bedroom was very warm so we opened register so air conditioning could reach that room. Also we noticed landscaping was apparently being redone since nothing was there except weeds and thistles and grass needed mowed but we had everything we needed. Thank you!

Beautiful home

Very beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood. There was ice in the driveway. I felt that should have been taken care of. Thankfully no one fell. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Our Family Trip

My family and I enjoyed the little time we had in the area which was to come support our uncle in the passing of the love of his life after 69 years of marriage. We would like to thank you for allowing us to be able to stay at this location. The location was in a nice and quiet area as well as not too far from our uncles home. We like to thank our host for being available by phone and text. We encountered issues with the hot water but he was able to get it resolved with my baby brother over the phone. Thank you so much for the quick resolution.

Perfect for short stay

I booked this house for the night before my wedding for me and my bridesmaids to have a girls night together and it was perfect. It was super big and gave us enough space for all of us to get ready and have a nice movie night together

Great for a quick visit.

We stayed for a wedding and this house was perfect for our group. It fit us perfectly and was much better than a hotel. So much in the area. Host was very responsive. Could have been cleaned better but it had many welcome & needed amenities. We'd definitely stay there again when visiting our Ohio family.

Family funeral stay

Needed a place for family for a funeral. Overall the place was fine. The carpet and ceiling fans very dirty. Would be nice to have patio furniture since the weather was beautiful to sit outside. Soap in the bathroom would have been a plu. Yowels were torn.

Avoid is Property If You Want A Clean Place to Stay

First impression before even entering was the ripped out landscaping and piles of gravel and dirt by the front door. The pic on VRBO shows beautiful landscaping. The lawn(or should I say WEEDS) could have been mowed. I'm sure the neighbors aren't happy with the outside conditions. Next the front storm needs repair as it wouldn't latch and was very dirty. It doesn't look like any cleaning was done as the counters were dirty and the carpets don't appear to have been vacuumed and are stained. Beds did appear to have been changed. Several blinds are broken and won't open. All windows haven't been cleaned in a Looonnggg time. Walls are dirty. There are no overhead lights/lamps in the Great room. Furniture is not as shown in pics. We were embarrassed for our visitors and glad they were only there for sleeping and that I paid for the rent. At a minimum, the picture of the home on VRBO needs to be updated to show the current conditions. The carpets and windows should also be cleaned as they are very dirty/stained. The cleaning crew should be monitored better. The host did offer to send the cleaning crew back out but our visitors were beginning to arrive. Listing should be removed from VRBO until corrections are made!

Nice travel break

My wife daughter and grandchildren enjoyed ther travel break at this great place. My wife especially enjoyed the tub. Communication with host was easy and promptly responded to. Highly recommended.

Excellent property

This property exceeded our expectations and communication with property owner was very easy and response time was very good, Our family of 14 (8 adults, 1 teen and 5 under 10) were accommodated very comfortably. Would stay here again as was close to airport, shopping and other attractions.

Not our best VRBO experience

Traveling across the country with extended family, we were offered a refund by VRBO when the host hadn’t responded to multiple requests for the check in code. We’re grateful he did finally respond. It is a very nice house in a nice neighborhood, but the kitchen and surrounding area was infested with earwigs. My son was so disturbed by them that he threatened to sleep in the car. Better communication and an exterminator/ more thorough cleaning of the crumbs around the kitchen trash would really improve things.

Great location

The home is in a great neighborhood close to restaurants. The front landscaping has been torn out so it doesn’t look like the photos, so we were a little confused upon arrival. Our group had a comfortable stay, except the bedroom with 2 queen beds was upstairs and was far away from a bathroom. There was a crib in the master bedroom which was very helpful. All in all, we would probably stay here again if passing through.
