Perfect for UD or local events, offering a homely feel. Please note: local bookings are not accepted. This neighborhood is currently undergoing revitalization, with several homes, including the one adjacent, at different stages of remodeling and rehabilitation. It's an urban area experiencing a dynamic transformation.

The Space:
‱ The property boasts two elegant en-suite bedrooms.
‱ The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and microwave for your convenience.
‱ A washer/dryer combo is at your disposal for any laundry needs.
‱ For cooler evenings, a backyard heater is provided. Please note that guests might need to refill propane at their own expense.

Great spot for a family gathering. There are 20 steps to the 2nd floor that could be a challenge for some. There's a bedroom on the ground floor as well. The house next door is being rennovated, so street parking is currently at a premium. Room for two cars in alley in back of house. Plenty of K cups for early morning coffee. Walkable neighborhood with historic homes in South Park. More forks and spoons needed. Amazing kitchen, great gas stove. Comfortable rooms, bathrooms and greatnwater pressure. Would stay again when in Dayton. Thanks!

Incredible place to stay. Extremely well appointed kitchen and every other aspect of the house. Location was great, several fantastic restaurants within 10-15 minute walk. Meal seating for 8. From the outside it looked like a charming little place, but it was like the Weasley's tent at the World Quiddich Cup, you step inside an it is way bigger than it logically should be. Absolutely loved our stay. And the communication with the host was excellent, plus lots of thought put into the house. (Light switches labeled, etc.) We will make an excuse to come back to Dayton to stay here again.

Beautiful updated home

This property is updated nicely throughout! It’s nicely furnished , comfortable beds and bathrooms are beautiful. The kitchen is awesome, it has a huge island and very well appointed with dishes, pots and pans! We absolutely loved the outdoor deck to unwind after dinner! Definitely would stay here again!

Just around the corner to everything

My family and I stayed here over the weekend for the OHSAA Girls Basketball tournament. The house has such a great location that we were only minutes from food, coffee, grocery, etc. The bedrooms are large and private and each has its own bathroom. The kitchen was huge and contained everything we needed! WE really enjoyed the place and were grateful for the overall convenience with booking, checking in/out, and hospitality.

Refuge in the City

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautifully restored, immaculate home in South Park! It was convenient to the University of Dayton as well as to interesting restaurants. The owners were very responsive, attentive, and extremely accommodating! We highly recommend for families in need of space and proximity to UD and the downtown area.

Wedding weekend retreat

We booked our stay for the weekend our son was getting married in Dayton. The house is beautifully redone and is just as pictured! The bridal party used the home to get ready the day of
the bathrooms are beautiful and made it wonderful for the hair/makeup process. When we blew a breaker using a large steamer, the owner was super responsive and helped us get back up and running very quickly! Would 10/10 stay here again if the opportunity presented itself! Everything was amazing!

Beautiful Home in a Gentrified Neighborhood

A beautifully redone home in the Heart of South Park, one of Dayton's great gentrified neighborhoods. Well-appointed and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very large for a house this size and was where we did a lot of our socializing. We had lots of fun sitting around the large island for hours.
