The space
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home featuring one king, one queen, and one full size bed. Well appointed for short or longer stays.
Guest access
Each room is private with the exception of the full size guest bed room where there isn’t a door. For a full house booking you will have access to the entire house. For those bookings that book a room you will share the common areas and have a private room and bathroom.
Other things to note
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check and sign a guest agreement.

We may perform monthly hospitality cleanings for our guests' convenience and safety and to ensure our guests have everything needed for a great stay!

Additionally, the outside of the property has 24/7 surveillance.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in your house, or on the balcony. Smoking will result in a $250 additional cleaning charge and possible eviction.
