North Hollywood 2 bed house (30 day minimum)
Located in a hidden pocket of Toluca Terrace right next to the Chandler walking/bike path. The home has a gated private entrance, small patio to enjoy the LA weather and is close to Universal and WB studios.
Due to regulations we are a 30 might minimum stay place.
There is a queen bed in the main bedroom and a trundle bed with desk space in the second. Living room area includes a 65 inch TV. Kitchen has 2 stove top, fridge freezer and a microwave/air fryer combo (**please note there is no oven). Washer dryer included in the house as well as cordless chargers in bedrooms, sound machine and AC mini splits in each room
Close to Universal, Warner Bro and Disney Studios the house is in-between Magnolia Park (Burbank's eclectic shopping and dining district) and the Noho Art's District. Providing plenty of dining and entertainment choices.
10 mins walk to a few restaurants (breakfast, burgers, sushi, Mexican)
Short drive to a City Target where you can do drive up order pick ups.
Parking is free street parking with no restrictions (no street cleaning etc) The area is family friendly and we ask to be respectful of our wonderful neighbors by trying to park in front of the house when possible.
We are close to Burbank airport.
There is a ring security camera pointing to the gate /street entrance
No pets/smoking please!

We are a family of 4 (plus doggy) and live in the main house. We run a small business which keeps us busy as well as running our 2 & 6 year daughters around! We are around should you ever need us!
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
We LOVE our neighbors and neighborhood. You are a block from the Chandler bike path and in an area of no through streets which makes it feel quite hidden amongst the busy streets of LA. We are close to NOHO arts district, studios and walking distance to a few restaurants, bars and one brewery!
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
The house has its own private entrance, tucked behind a wall. Parking is always easy and with no restrictions. Plus there is a little patio shaded under an orange tree to enjoy the gorgeous weather LA provides us!
