This private bungalow is a peaceful and centrally-located
beautiful modern Studio City guesthouse in a practical location for any reason that you are visiting LA. It is perfect for a weekend getaway, near Universal Studios, NoHO, Hollywood Bowl, LA Zoo, Warner Bros. Studios, Hollywood; walkable distance to Metro subway. It is close to all freeways with easy access to everywhere from this location. It is near Ventura Blvd, many restaurants, theaters, clubs, sights, movies and shopping.
The space
The Guesthouse is a large studio space with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a 2 burner electric cooktop, a full size refrigerator/freezer. It has a private patio and a gas grill.

Excellent place to stay

My son stayed here for 10 weeks while doing an internship. The studio apartment was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom had a good supply of towels. The apartment also came with a parking place in the driveway and was in a safe location.

Wonderful location and comfortable studio!

Traci is a great host and the studio is very comfortable! The area is easily accessible as it’s right off the freeway. There is parking and it’s very safe. My 22 year old son stayed here for 3 months and the only regret is I didn’t arrange for cleaning services and there was no washer and dryer, which was my mistake. We highly recommend this property!

All around great

Host was friendly and easy to get along with. I love to walk and tend to use public transport, and absolutely everything was accessible within a 10 to 20 minute walk. Lots of lime scooters and Uber rides were always around too. Had a very comfortable month. Recommended.
