This lakefront home is a hidden gem, nestled in a quiet, private location at the end of a dead-end/cul-du-sac with very little to no automobile or pedestrian traffic. This is a tranquil spot for enjoying nature, yet just minutes from the town center of Osoyoos.

Osoyoos is a desirable vacation destination for travellers who adore the warm, clean, clear, freshwater lake and wide, sandy beaches, mountains, nature, vineyards, arts and culture, live music, unique shopping, and dining. The area boasts a plethora of wineries, vineyards, farms, nature trails, golf courses. This home is just north of the border, south of popular camping destination, Haynes Point, and only a four-hour drive from Vancouver.

May to October browse the Saturday morning Farmers market. There’s a bounty of fruit and wine in this region! The mild Okanagan climate produces the earliest fruit in Canada, such as apples, pears, plums, sweet and sour cherries, peaches, apricots, nectarines, and grapes.

There are many hiking trails in the area as well as world-renowned mountain climbing area Skaha Bluffs. The attractive climate draws athletes and fosters popular tourist activities including summer water sports, golf, bike riding, horseback riding, triathlon training, and sight-seeing. Winter Sports are also popular; the International Curling Club facility is located in Osoyoos.

Just up the road, the town of Oliver hosts the Half Ironman; a 2km, two-loop swim in the clean and protected waters of Tuc El Nuit Lake, an 89 Km scenic bike course takes you through the beautiful lower Okanagan Valley vineyards, and a two loop, 21 Km run through quiet residential and along the banks of the Okanagan River.

Golfers will enjoy the 36 Hole Osoyoos Golf & Country Club, Sonora Dunes (next to award-winning Nk'Mip Cellars), Kettle Valley Golf Club, Twin Lakes Golf, and St. Andrew by the Lake (9 holes) are within minutes and many more towards Penticton.

This main floor living room with polished hardwood floors and a luminous blue and beige Persian-style rug is a comfortable place to cozy up with friends or family for conversation, cocktails or to stream your favorite shows or movies. A dazzling wall of picture windows offers panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Through these windows, the colors of the landscape are reminiscent of an impressionist painting.

The fully equipped chef's kitchen has elegant French cream hardwood cabinetry, plenty of natural stone counter space, and a large, tile-top kitchen island with a built-in gas range. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances including a French door fridge/freezer combo, microwave, dishwasher, and convection oven. Additional appliances include: coffee grinder, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, etc. A charming garden window over the double basin sink brings in sunshine and offers splendid views to the chef! Just off the kitchen, a formal dining room boasts a large French farmhouse-style table with upholstered seating for eight or more. Retreat up the staircase to the second level, where you will find two additional bedrooms with walk-in closets and spa-like ensuite baths. The second-floor primary suite is especially dazzling with amenities! All bedrooms have soothing coastal hues, luxurious bedding and linens, nightstands and reading lamps, elegant fine art, fine fixtures, and details. The home sleeps 10 total.

Outdoor Amenities:
Outdoor amenities are a highlight of this serene home. Unwind, enjoy life, breathe in fresh air with two outdoor patios and your own private dock with a private buoy. Sunbathe, swim, or fish right off the dock. Trout, kokanee, bass, and sockeye salmon are plentiful. Revel in the bucolic scenery. Hummingbirds, bluebirds, osprey, and golden eagles are common sights here. Enjoy the lush lawn, beautiful landscaping, and pristine creek that flows beside the property!

The upper patio is adjacent to the Primary Suite and has frameless glass balconies that enhance the majestic vistas. Relax on upscale sectional patio sofas; sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail as pastel hues paint the sky. The lower patio offers ample sitting room, covered alfresco dining table, outdoor BBQ, and grassy area. Grill your fresh-caught trout, salmon, or veggies from the farmers' market! The huge private driveway can accommodate 3 full-size vehicles, as well as boats, RVs, trailers, etc.
