There is a two car garage and driveway with free street parking surrounding the house. The first level of the home consists of the two car garage and two king Bedrooms that share a jack and jill bath. The second level boasts an open floor plan living area, dining room, kitchen and third bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath. There is a half bath off the main living areas. The primary bedroom suite with king bed is located on the third level with the bonus room and the rooftop terrace! there is a second half bath located on this level. The terrace has plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the Nashville Skies with a cozy fireplace. There are sleeper sofas in the living area and bonus room for additional guests.

This home is in a central location in the city. Short walk to many eateries and attractions. One block from Edgehill Village, Sadie`s, Egghill, Barcelona Wine Bar, Bella Napoli, Old Glory, and more!

•Insurance requires company collection of driver`s license and ID and age verification from responsible party
•Any tampering or disabling of exterior monitoring devices including but not limited to cameras will result in immediate cancellation without refund
•No firearms or weapons allowed on the property unless guest provides documentation that they are law enforcement.
•No visitors, only registered guests allowed on the property regardless of staying overnight or not.
•Furniture must be left in original position, no rearranging or moving of furnishings.
•All trash must be properly bagged and placed inside the bins outside the garage.
•We highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy to cover unexpected circumstances.
