Cozy cabin w/ hot tub, nestled in the woods - conveniently minutes from downtown

Fireside Villa Retreat is nestled in the woods of Big Ridge Mountain Resort. Just minutes away from attractions and restaurants but yet very peaceful and serene. This cozy villa can sleep up to 5 guests. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace and a movie, play some of your favorite board games, or soak in the hot tub — there’s fun to be had by all.

🌟 Just 3 miles to Ripley’s Aquarium & downtown Gatlinburg
🌟 4 miles to Smokey Mountain National Park
🌟 11 miles to Dollywood & Pigeon Forge

This rental is for the entire villa so you will not see me and there will not be anyone else in the cabin. Should you have any questions or concerns, I will be available through text, call or Airbnb messaging.

The cabin is located on Big Ridge Mountain. This is a wooded quiet area with seasonal views. The mountain also has a community pool/club house available for your use.

Entry into the cabin will be via a keypad lock. You will receive a unique code prior to check-in.

You will have access to the entire home - open living room (sleeping arrangements via pull out sleeper sofa couch and an air mattress), kitchen and dining room, master bedroom (sleeping arrangement via king size bed) & jacuzzi tub, stand alone bathroom, deck with hot tub, and spacious yard.

The nearest airport is McGhee Tyson Airport. The Gatlinburg trolly is a great option for downtown areas. Gatlinburg also offers taxis, Uber, and Lyft.

Wildlife is common in this area. Please be aware of bears, coyotes, turkey, and foxes. It is important that there is no food left outside with the exception of the latched trash bin.

Cabin was pet friendly; pets not allowed on furniture - we brought sheets to keep our 2 small girls off - no biggie. We brought steaks to grill the first night - there was only 1 steak knife which we shared - no biggie. The roads up to the cabin were in good condition and easily maneuverable.

The first four days we had hundreds of stink bugs. It was awful. We did contact the property manager and they sent someone out the next day to spray but it didnt do much. Some of those bugs made it home with us, which I am not happy about at all.

The Cozy cabin villa definitely exceeded my expectations!! Clean, cute and very very nicely decorated!! The hot tub was amazing after a 9 hour car ride from Michigan. We'll definitely rent this cabin again!! LOVED IT, and i was so excited to see a bear alsoâŁïžâŁïžâŁïž

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was very clean, updated and quiet. We cooked most of our meals there in a fully equipped kitchen. We loved the location! Only an eight minute drive to the downtown area, but far enough to get the staying in a mountain cabin experience. And yes, we saw bears from our deck!

Excellent property

My husband and I enjoyed staying here for our anniversary. It was an awesome location, communication was great! I would recommend some new/fresh towels as well as a new cover for the hot tub, it is old and warped and made it very difficult to get off and on. Would not stop me from rebooking!
