Spectacular Private Rooftop Balcony Views of Gulf
Relax on the rooftop balcony with stunning Gulf views! This 2BR condo features open living, full kitchen, and sofa bed. Enjoy a heated pool, BBQ area, and beach gear. Includes digital parking for one vehicle. Note: some lower units remain under renovation post-hurricane.
This beautiful, beachy condo is located right in front of Upham beach with gorgeous views and features to make your stay amazing. The primary feature is the large rooftop deck with high end furniture, where you can spend mornings bathing in the sun or evenings sipping a cocktail and watching the sunset. Just down the stairs is the year round heated pool and you are literally just a couple steps to the beach access from there.
There are two king bedrooms with high end, new foam mattresses and one beautifully remodeled bathroom with shower. The Master bedroom has a 55` Smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features glass and melamine dishes for the pool area.
The living room features a 75 inch smart TV and leather sofa, which folds out into a queen size memory foam sleeper. From the sofa, you can look out over the sparkling waters of the Gulf.
For added value you receive complementary beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and a beach buggy. High speed wifi-fi and a digital pass for 1 (one) vehicle is also included.
On a rare rainy day, you can still enjoy proximity to bars and restaurants, or stay in and enjoy playing board games or reading a book (which we supply at the condo).
Please note the second bedroom does not have a TV.
Also the complex does not have elevators. You must be able to climb stairs.
**Please Note** The HOA has begun a roofing project and the work is done conducted during daytime hours only and not on Sundays. While there may be some noise at times, the pool area remains open and accessible. We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these improvements.
â Also 11/17 the HOA is replacing the hallway carpet in the buildings with new tile, so you may see workers in the halls and at times be offered a short detour or need to walk around small staged work areas. Some tile landings may be briefly blocked, but access to your condo will remain open. We appreciate your patience as the building gets this beautiful upgrade!

- Absolutely no pets, no exceptions will be made!

- To prevent pests and odors, we request that you wash your dishes and take out the trash before you depart
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- 1 digital parking pass will be provided with the condo.
- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.
