Flamingo Beach condo, roll down hill to the best beach we have found!

Clean third floor condo with large balcony, fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV, High quality mattresses in both bedrooms. Walk 5 minutes to the beach and shopping center with restaurants. Close to everything in Flamingo, Potrero and Conchal. Our view will soothe your soul!

Our favorite restaurants are Gracia located inside Mar Vista, Masala Indian cuisine, and the food trucks set up near the produce market in Huacas. Let us know if you need further information.

Check in is convenient with our keypad entry.

Beach towels are provided for our guests.

Call the Marriott property at Conchal for golf information.

Flamingo and surrounding small towns have plenty of excursion companies. They change often so please check local Internet information.

Incredible view!

Loved our stay in Playa Flamingo. The property was amazing! We loved the view of the Pacific, the pool, and the location. The condo was spacious and well equipped. The beach is an easy walk and the building was safe.

Thanks Jeff for being so responsive. We loved our stay. I would suggest having a sofa bed if advertising the stay as for 6 people.

Wonderful Views and location

Looks exactly as pictured. walkable to the beach . Condo was stocked with everything you would need. Washer and dryer was super handy too. the internet was down for the entire stay which was the only issue we had. other than that, we had a great time. Will stay here next time.

Beautiful balcony and view

This condo is steps from the beautiful (and popular) Playa Flamingo. When at the condo, we spent most of our time on the balcony which provides a glorious view of the ocean and, most importantly, the sunset which is a priority to enjoy every day in Costa Rican life. The other residents in the building were friendly and the whole buildings clean and beautifully landscaped. Things we wish we had known: the grocery isn’t far but doesn’t stock much especially fruits and vegetables so if you don’t have access to transportation to get to a bigger grocery then you’re limited and paying higher prices. The driveway to the building is steep coming in and going out so be prepared for lots of stairs. When we were there the waves on Playa Flamingo were crashing and therefore didn’t allow for many to swim. There are other beaches in the area which are calmer. The pool in the condo complex while nice, was very cold while we were there. The condo itself is nice and provides what’s needed to make meals etc. However there are a few good restaurant options in the vicinity especially Coco Loco which is a must, along with a visit to the Night Market on Monday. All in all a beautiful first taste of CR but next time a less touristy place is in order.
