Canyon Cove at Coral Ridge Resort

​​​​​​Welcome to Canyon Cove at Coral Ridge. We are sure you will love it! It is a luxurious getaway, a home away from home. It is great for families or small groups with a beautiful open floor plan and granite countertops throughout. Enjoy the local attractions such as downtown St. George, The Tuacahn Amphitheater, Snow Canyon, Coral Canyon Golf Course, Sand Hollow State Park, and Zions National Park. Then come back and relax in the swimming pools and hot tubs. They are open and heated year-round. Enjoy dinner in town or cook a meal together and relax by watching movies or playing games.

The townhome easily sleeps 12 people. There are 3 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a loft, and a spacious open great room which includes the kitchen, dining, and family room. There are also 3 queen sleeper sofas, two in the loft and one downstairs. The entryway is very welcoming. There is a front-loading Samsung washer and dryer. Enjoy the back patio which includes patio furniture and a gas grill. The one-car garage provides either a parking space or storage for bikes and other gear you might have.

Immaculately Clean

Everything was perfect. If there was anything we needed, it was there. Only thing that prevented from giving a 5 star rating was the lights. There were several lights burned out. Locations were upstairs family room, Kitchen, Downstairs bedroom, exterior garage and entry lights. Other than that it was an amazing stay. We will continue to use Red Sands for our housing needs when coming to the St. George area.

Nice area. Pool and hot tub was great. Place was clean. Things we were expecting to have but didn’t: toilet cleaner, shower cleaner, clean mop, extra pillow cases. We did buy toilet and shower cleaner and left them there. We did bring pillows for us but my daughter had hers packed. The pans are getting worn down as are some of the utensil's. I liked have a crockpot and the grill. Would stay again if we ever remodeled our house again.

Great Place

My only complaints are that there were no BBQ tools that I could find and the teflon pans that were there are so badly damaged that I didn't want to cook in them. I went and bought a couple of my own. Other than that, the house was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of restrooms for everybody staying there and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

Relaxing Stay

It was great to have a little bit longer and flatter driveway. Some in the neighborhood are pretty tight. This was an end unit so had more light and felt less claustrophobic than the middle units. All in all we enjoyed our stay and pretty much had everything we needed.

Close to Zion and Snow Canyon

Beautiful well appointed home, in a golf community! Everything needed in the kitchen to cook if you want! A little bit of a drive to Restaurants but there was a great Mexican place only a few minutes drive!

Perfect location for a quick golf retreat

If it was possible to give 1/2 stars I would have given a 9.5. The only issues with the property is the highway noise (we like to sleep with our windows open) and a dirty tree in the front yard which dropped sap droplets on our car. It easily washed off but it was unexpected and a pain to have to clean the car.

Our stay at Coral Ridge was very nice. Our house was clean and spacious. The response time when an issue came up was phenomenal. I texted and just a couple of minutes later we received a reply and solution to our issue. We would gladly come back and stay there again.

Great Place for a getaway

The house was very clean overall and we had a super great time! There were 7 of us staying, (6 of which were adults.) Having 3-1/2 baths was great for accommodating everyone getting ready in the morning. The kitchen/pantry had everything we needed for fixing/serving breakfast, and had tons of seating for feeding large groups of 15+. The ONLY negative/suggestion, Would to have your housekeepers open up the pull out beds every time and clean under and around them. When we opened the pullout couch downstairs, and also upstairs, crumbs and food, as well as a few toys/crayons fell on the floor, & we vacuumed them before putting the bedding on and sleeping there.

We booked a two week stay. On the first night I had a family emergency and had to leave. I notified the host ASAP. I understand that late in the game you cant expect a refund. But I left with 15 days left in my booking and gave them time to re book the place and thought perhaps the 2nd week I could get a refund. But was denied. Whatever I get its policy but sometimes policy is wrong. Nice place though.

Weekend Stay

I appreciated the constant communication and information via text and email that was beyond helpful. The house was in a great location and had a great pool and pool house. My only complaint was the house was not very clean. The sheets looked dirty in multiple rooms and when we went to use some of the pans and appliances they were covered in grease and the fridge was disgusting. I am not a germ freak either but it needs to be cleaned better in between each client.

Long weekend getaway

We had a great time visiting St. George and staying at the red Sands Washington location. The home is cozy and well stocked with plenty of towels kitchen wears and comfortable bedding. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and has beautiful scenery.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The heated pool and especially the hours of operation ( till 10pm ) suited us well A+++ property and the location was also perfect.

A group of friends and I stayed here because we went to hike in Zion. Easy drive and beautiful home. Would rent again if I’m ever in the area again.
