Welcome to your breezy mountain top luxury suite. This is a completely private downstairs suite with seperate entrance and driveway. Nestled in a peaceful and wooded neighborhood, you'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay in beautiful Hot Springs Village and greater Hot Springs National Park area. Fall is near and the forestry make this location beautiful! Perfect for a short term stay and fully equipped for a long term stay - enjoy a full kitchen, washer and dryer, fire pit, outdoor dining & a private driveway that leads straight to your door. We have recently added a small sound machine for our guests who prefer a little white noise! Our space is perfect for quality time/romantic get aways! We provide special occasion packages where we set up the suite to fit the occasion!
The space
The rental is for LOWER LEVEL ONLY. Owner/Host lives on the TOP FLOOR. This space is completely private so you’ll only interact with us at your choosing!

We stayed here to get an idea of what HSV is like and how it would be to live there. The location was excellent. We were able to eat at several of the restaurants within the village and they were very good. The rental is very nice, and we had a great time.

Johnathan and Jessica are exceptional hosts! The property is homey and charming. Their attention to detail really elevates this this property to the next level. Not only is it very clean and beautifully decorated, we were pleased to find a hand written card, muffins, coffee and even granola bars and instant oatmeal. The location is beautiful and in a safe neighborhood as well.

Small but Restful Getaway

The host/hostess go out of their way to make this a relaxing, convenient place. Modern appliances. Well stocked kitchen. Vizio TV runs only streaming apps (no broadcast cable TV).

Lovely

The downstairs suite was absolutely lovely and inviting. The hosts were very attentive and friendly. The area is absolutely beautiful and I would highly recommend going to Lago Lookout. The only negative thing is the couch is extremely uncomfortable

Great Location!

Jessica and Johnathan's place was in the perfect location for exploring both Hot Springs National Park and the various state parks a little further north. The neighborhood was very quiet and wooded. The space itself was a great size for 2 people and the kitchen was fairly well outfitted for a few home cooked meals. Jessica was a super responsive host. We had a slight issue connecting to the wifi upon arrival and Jessica worked with us very quickly to get the problem resolved. As can be seen in the photos, the space is under the main house so we did occasionally hear footsteps upstairs but it was never too loud or at odd hours. Would definitely recommend based on location and value!

Wonderful place, wonderful memories!

What a beautiful place! Exactly as the pictures show and with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. We enjoyed cooking a couple of meals on the grill, making s’mores in the chiminea fire, movies by the fireplace, board games, and just sitting outside listening to the tree frogs and cicadas and watching for lightning bugs. So peaceful there. The hosts were great and left us cookies and sparklers (we were there for July 4 holiday) and a sweet note. 10 out of 10 recommend this place!
