WELCOME TO OUTERBANKS OF HOT SPRINGS ARKANSAS!! This LAKEFRONT CONDO has the most serene views of the water! This condo has everything you need to feel like you are at home!! Come enjoy a relaxing weekend with LAKEFRONT VIEWS!!!
The space
When you stay at our condo, you will have the ENTIRE place to yourself! Located RIGHT ON THE WATER, you will have a BEAUTIFUL VIEW of the lake from inside the living room and kitchen. There is a queen bed in the bedroom right as you walk in the main door There are closets in that bedroom as well. The pull out couch is located in the Livingroom where that turns into a queen bed too.
The condo is located inside a gated community. You will receive a code to the gate as a part of your check-in instructions. There is 1 designated parking spot in front of the condo you are staying in, and additional parking at the back if needed. Outer banks is located on the bottom floor so no need to climb stairs.
Guest access
We have tried to make the check-in process as simple and hassle-free as possible. The condo itself has a keyless entry...all you need is your code to the front door, which you will receive a few days before your check-in time. You will receive the code to the gate at the entry of the complex with your check-in instructions too.
Other things to note
Our condo has 2 SMART tv’s where you can watch anything you like on the TV like Netflix.
Our kitchen space is fully furnished meaning everything you need to cook and prepare meals is already in the kitchen for you! Although there is no dishwasher, guests tell me all the time how they had everything they needed to cook great meals and enjoy the kitchen space!! The condominium even has an outdoor grilling area, so we have grilling utensils and seasonings in the kitchen for you!

The views on this property are amazing! The check in and check out process was so smooth and the hosts were very kind to leave a little breakfast in the fridge and provide some recommendations for things to do in the area. Highly recommend this place!

Lake Hamilton was right outside the back door, waiting for a relaxing view of water activities. Very clean and invitating, this condo was all we expected and more. We appreciated the ease of entering and exiting the condo, which is perfect for wheelchair and/or walker assistance. The area is quiet and clean, with multiple deer roaming, adding to the restful ambiance. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful condo with a very peaceful surrounding. The lake view is really calming. Everything is clean. The host is very nice and understanding. Great stay!

Very beautiful view. Hosts were friendly and helpful when needed. Cozy home and had everything we needed for a quick road trip! Would love to come back again

Arriving at this condo was an absolute delight from the very first moment. The gate code worked, the entry instructions were spot-on, and then—the smell! The condo smelled absolutely divine and was immaculately clean. I’ve stayed in several Vrbo properties over the past month, and none have come remotely close to this level of cleanliness.Then I looked out the window and discovered the beautiful river view! The AC was already running, so I arrived to a perfectly comfortable space, and as if the hosts hadn't already exceeded every possible expectation, there were CINNAMON ROLLS in the refrigerator! After traveling all day, I didn't even have to make a grocery-store pilgrimage.If I could give this place ten stars, I would. In fact, my previous five-star reviews are now under serious investigation.Beautiful, spotless, thoughtful, comfortable, and topped off with cinnamon rolls. A triumph of hospitality. I will absolutely stay here again!

This condo is beautiful with an amazing view. Walking in, it smelled wonderful and was clean. The hosts were kind. They made checking in and out easy. Plus you can’t beat the price! I felt safe staying there with my 7 year old! I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

From the time I booked until check out the host was great. The rental was cleaned very thoroughly and the view was amazing. The location was quiet and easily accessible to the downtown area and the national park. Exceeded all expectations.
