Great location for a quick weekend. I booked this property for a quiet weekend alone. Great location for grabbing a bite from close restaurants. Kathy was very responsive and quick in getting back to me. I would recommend the location.

Even though the listing said 3,4-minute walk to the beach, my wife made it in 2. As for myself 7 or longer. We were on vacation, and I refused to walk fast. However, she couldn't wait and went on ahead without me. We noticed several improvements. The Island Bites food court area had a lot better food options than last year, and the gentleman manager and employees were great. The room was exactly as the pictures depicted. It was extremely clean, small, but the price was fantastic for the location. If you golf, bring extra golf balls. I had a lesson from the pro at the Ocean Pointe course, and he helped me more in an hours' time than anyone before. The Boathouse also has new daily specials, and they were quit tasty. 10 out of 10, we had a great time.

Convenient to everything

We enjoyed our stay. Room was perfect size for us. It was a little dated but that’s ok too. Older places always bring back the nostalgia of beach trips of the past. Kathy with the rental company was always responsive and helped us with any questions we had.

Thank you Benji!! We try our very hardest to be attentive. There are 3 of us with our phones on ready to respond to our guests questions or requests. And you’re right. This little place is more of classic beachy, pre pandemic style 😉. This is also the most affordable place on the whole island and one of the closest to the beach too! Always clean as a whistle and a little beachy cheesy too. Come have affordable fun with us on a private resort island. Thanks for staying with us!! Kathy

Decided last minute to take a golf trip. Room was booked quickly and property manager was quick to respond. Space was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. It is small but very quaint and perfect for our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing

We had a relaxing stay great location once we found it. Gate guard needs to explain location instead of just handing out a map GPS was no help either finally found it after returning to the gate for clarification. The location and accommodations were great for a short getaway.

Wonderful weekend getaway

I have visited the island multiple times and stayed in a couple different places. The sunsuites are a great option. This particular one is on the ocean side, just steps to the beach and pool. Great location, super clean, and had everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was wonderful and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Exceeded our expectations

This place was perfect for us and our two little ones. Great price and a lot of amenities! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Great location for the beach, restaurants, & activities! Many things in walking distance from this lovely condo complex, yet it still feels quiet and cozy. Our condo was decorated beautifully and was clean from top to bottom at check in. Definitely exceeded our expectations!

Overall the stay was good! My only concern was the top bunk didn't have a rail so I was waking up to every sound making sure my son wasn't about to fall off the bed lol. Would consider staying again if I could find a solution to this.

The pictures and description are exactly what you are renting. It would have been advantageous to us all if you had reached out, while you were here, and expressed your dissatisfaction for the $125 per night accommodations you had picked for your one night stay on a private resort island.

Ocean side steps to beach

Like staying in a container, no dryer Had to spend a more money $200.00 for two people just to buy a hamburger or get in the pool then rent a tent a $500 golf cart to get around Last time for my family and friends and everyone I talk , see about how pictures are not what you are paying for or where I come from lied to

What a silly review! You didn't buy even buy the Resorts club cards! And, the information about the Resort club is posted in the listing description before you book, as soon as you inquire about booking, as soon as you book, and several times before you arrive. We also gave you an early check in and worked with you in every way possible. Sorry you didn't enjoy your time at the beach. Just a suggestion before your next trip....read up about where you are going on vacation before renting someone's place and giving them a 1 star! Geez!
