At the Marsh Mellow, your every culinary whim is catered to with a well-equipped kitchen. Prefer a backyard culinary experience? Grab some burgers or steaks and toss them on the propane grill or go low and slow on the classic charcoal grill. Dinner's ready! Grab family/friends and meet in the dining room where there's room for 4 at the round table and 2 more can belly up to the bar. While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots, the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, scenic island parks and the Audubon Trail.  Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Center, where activities are open to all.  Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse.  Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!

Location - The Marsh Mellow is located mid-island, at the end of Bonito Road, in the Marina. This is a great location that places the home in close proximity to all the fun! We're just a quick 5-minute golf cart ride to the beach and equally close to Dabvis Love Park. Nestled between the marsh and Fripp Inlet to the east, the Marsh Mellow boasts unparalleled sunrise views, while to the west, the Marina with partial sunset views.Layout - At the front of the house, a gated entrance ensures privacy to a secluded courtyard. Ascending the stairs, the front door opens to a convenient drop zone, perfect for shedding your shoes before entering the main living area. To the left, you'll find the kitchen, dining room, and a balcony offering picturesque views of the Marina. On the right, the family room and the rear balcony. Nestled between the kitchen and family room is a convenient half-bath. Upstairs, both bedrooms await. A small landing separates two nearly identical master suites, each boasting a king-size bed and private ensuites. Below the main living space, the garage houses bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, and the golf cart. Just outside the garage and to the left, is the outdoor shower.Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped to ease meal prep with all the essentials at your fingertips. In addition to the standard pots, pans, utensils, cups, and plates, we go above and beyond. You'll discover a blender, hot plate, casserole dishes, toaster, wine glasses, cork screw, lobster pot, seafood crackers, and more to cater to your culinary needs.Family Room - The family room comfortably accommodates up to six people, ensuring everyone can relax in style. There's a 65” Smart TV to keep you updated on all your favorite Netflix shows, while a soundbar enhances the audio experience for maximum enjoyment.Rear Balcony - The rear balcony offers seating for 4 and a high-top table where you can enjoy a meal or game night while soaking up the sights and sounds of the salt life and on clear nights, you’ll not find a better location for star gazing and when it comes to sunrise, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better location on the island. The front-side bedroom offers a charming view of the Marina, where you can enjoy a partial view of the sunset in the evenings. Meanwhile, the rear bedroom boasts a spectacular panorama through its expansive picture window, showcasing the beauty of Fripp Inlet and the marsh. Pull back the shades at night for a mesmerizing stargazing experience and wake up to the gentle embrace of the sunrise, all from the comfort of your own bed!Pets - We recognize the importance of your furry companions, as we are pet lovers ourselves. In our commitment to accommodating your four-legged family members, we welcome well-behaved small to medium-sized dogs, with prior approval. To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you sign a pet agreement and pay a non-refundable $150 pet fee for the first dog, with an additional $75 for a second dog. No more than two dogs allowed on the property. Please note that guests bringing dogs without prior approval will be subject to an additional $300 charge. Our goal is to create a pet-friendly environment where both you and your beloved companions can enjoy a memorable stay.

The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment.
