This main-level bedroom sleeps two in a queen-size bed and shares a full bath with the Summer Bedroom. ☀️ SUMMER BEDROOM: (Main Floor Queen, Sleeps 2) Experience the lake at its fullest, with deep blue waters and glowing orange sunsets. This main-level bedroom sleeps two in a queen-size bed and shares a full bath with the Spring Bedroom. Features include spacious closets, ceiling fan, and nightstands with electrical outlets and USB ports — ideal for a relaxing summer getaway.

🍁 AUTUMN LOFT KING SUITE: (Upstairs King, Sleeps 2 / shared with Winter Twins) When the leaves turn, the lake reflects shades of blue, turquoise, and gray, while the sun lowers and soft mustard shades of yellow abound. The Autumn Primary Loft sleeps two in a king-size bed. With views of the lake through the 24-ft A-Frame front windows, it is truly spectacular. Nightstands are equipped with electrical outlets, there is a smart TV to watch from the bed or sitting area, and ceiling fans are provided. The loft has its own vaulted-ceiling private bath (unless you choose to share the 2-twin area), featuring a garden shower/tub, double sink vanity, and makeup area. The bath also leads to your private Primary Retreat Deck overlooking the lake from high above.

❄️ WINTER TWIN LOFT: (Upstairs, Sleeps 2) When snow arrives, the colors are minimal, and the woods, lake, and grounds take on a black-and-white moment. The cozy Winter Loft alcove sleeps two in twin beds. Open/adjacent to the Autumn Primary Loft, making it perfect for kids or extra 7 & 8th adults when renting with a full house.

DECKS & OUTDOOR SPACES: The Haven features four outdoor entertaining decks plus two additional wooden swings to relax and take in the views— one lakefront, one at the rear with wooded views. A large lakefront stone firepit with seating area completes the outdoor experience.

FRONT DECK: Wraparound bluff-level deck off the Great Room. Adirondack chairs, two high-top tables, and dining for 6–8 — treehouse-style lake views!

SIDE DECK & COVERED PORCH: Off the kitchen, trellised canopy, seating for 6–8, gas grill — ideal for morning coffee or casual meals

PRIMARY RETREAT DECK: Loft-level deck for sunbathing, casual dining and elevated lake views

LOWER LAKE DECK: Lakeside with shaded picnic/entertaining area and easy water access
🚤NORRIS LAKE: Norris Lake is about 45 minutes north of Knoxville, with over 800 miles of shoreline. The water is clear enough to see your entire body jumping in off the dock! Located between Beach Island and Hickory Star Marinas, both offering seasonal boat rentals — we can also arrange watercraft delivered to your dock.

Explore coves, swim, or fish in one of the top-rated bass lakes in the U.S. Clear, deep water for small- and largemouth bass, crappie, walleye, catfish, striped bass, bluegill, spotted bass, and perch. Low boat traffic area makes swimming, fishing, and water sports safe and stress-free year-round.

🔐 GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have exclusive private access to the entire home, property, dock, and amenities.

ℹ️ OTHER NOTES:
-Check-in is at 4 PM & check-out is at 10 AM. Check-in and check-out times are firm unless approved in advance.
-Renters must be 25 or older.
-Maximum number of guests allowed is 8.
-No events or parties are permitted.
-No pets allowed.
-No smoking on the property.
-Additional taxes and fees may apply.
-No motorhomes, campers, tents, or any other arrangement that can accommodate additional guests on the driveway, yard, or anywhere else on the property. Maximum 8 people.
-House includes all linens, bath towels, pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, etc.
-A starter supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels, liquid hand soap, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and trash bags is provided per stay.
-Recommended items to bring: extra trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, toilet paper, beach towels, water shoes, sunscreen, hiking shoes, bug repellant spray, extra ice, and personal soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.
-There are outdoor security cameras for protection since this is a year-round rental. They do not look into any interior spaces.
-Please note: this part of the lake has year-round water. Lake levels are lowered by the TVA in the fall and raised again in the spring; levels can fluctuate in off-season months.
-Nearest grocery stores: Food City Maynardville, Ingles, or Food City Tazewell. Walmart is also next to Ingles in Tazewell. About 30 minutes from the house.
-Parking: No trailers allowed on the driveway. The driveway has room for 3 cars at the top parking area with the ability to move in and out. There is plenty of off-street grass/shoulder parking at the bottom of the driveway. Room is available to park and leave a boat trailer along the grass shoulder of the road. The road is a dead-end cul-de-sac, so you can turn your trailer around there. Very little traffic — very quiet!
-Access Note: The property is hilly, including the driveway and stairs down to the dock. It may be considered challenging for those with mobility concerns. However, the setting offers beautiful views of the lake and woods.
