Emerald Isle Vacation Beach house

Upstairs is a traditional style home with three rooms (3 beds, 2 queen and 1 full) and two full baths. Outside has a spacious screened in porch and then another deck that is not covered so you can enjoy the weather. Downstairs has one large room with two full beds and one small full bath. (No central heat downstairs. Ran off window unit). The downstairs bedroom is separate from the other upstairs living area and must be access the downstairs area from under the breezeway. Outside is a large gas fire pit and cooking area with a TV mounted on the wall. Outdoor shower. Large driveway that will allow parking for 8 vehicles. We are about a 5 minute walk from the beach and one mile from the fishing pier. There is a walking path that is accessible from the house for walking and riding bikes. We have assorted things in the garage that are free to use such as coolers, assorted beach games and a few bikes. Our home does have two outdoor cameras. One on the front driveway and the other covering the backyard. No cameras are inside the property. Our home is also pet friendly but if you are bringing pets please be sure to check the pet box during your initial booking. This will reflect the 25 dollars per night fee in your price. If you are staying for a week the fee is 125 dollars. This box is often missed. Thank you.
