Welcome to your home away from home in Raleigh! This newly remodeled 1330 sq. ft. brick home is centrally located and perfect for resting after exploring the city.
The modern, family-friendly home boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a convection oven, and gas stovetop with 4 burners and a griddle burner. The family dining room has a table that seats 8 and there's a laundry center in the kitchen.
The upstairs guest space features 3 bright and comfortable bedrooms, including a king-sized bed, queen-sized bed, double bed, twin bed, and a twin sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a Roku TV, room darkening curtains, extra seating, a chest of drawers, clothes bar in the closet, and extra blankets. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a 4 ft. by 4 ft. shower, while the second bathroom in the hallway features a tub/shower.
Enjoy the multi-level decks and brick patio, complete with two fire features, a fish pond, and seasonal garden. Perfect for coffee in the morning or sharing a meal outside, these outdoor spaces are beautifully lit at night. The backyard is spacious enough for stretching out, while a Pack and Play, crib sheets, high chair, and baby safety gate are available for families.
Located in a calm and safe family-friendly neighborhood, the property is just 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh, PNC Arena, Dorothea Dix Park, and the NC State Fairgrounds and Farmer's Market. Within a mile or two of the house, guests will find plenty of shopping and dining options, including Sam's Club, At Home store, Lowe's, Food Lion, and Walmart Supercenter.
Guests are welcome to park in the driveway and access the upstairs of the house through the front door. The hosts live downstairs when they're in Raleigh, while guests have full access to the upstairs living room, kitchen, and dining room.
