Cheerful Family-Friendly Home: Ample Outdoor Space

Welcome to your home away from home in Raleigh! This newly remodeled 1330 sq. ft. brick home is centrally located and perfect for resting after exploring the city.

The modern, family-friendly home boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a convection oven, and gas stovetop with 4 burners and a griddle burner. The family dining room has a table that seats 8 and there's a laundry center in the kitchen.

The upstairs guest space features 3 bright and comfortable bedrooms, including a king-sized bed, queen-sized bed, double bed, twin bed, and a twin sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a Roku TV, room darkening curtains, extra seating, a chest of drawers, clothes bar in the closet, and extra blankets. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a 4 ft. by 4 ft. shower, while the second bathroom in the hallway features a tub/shower.

Enjoy the multi-level decks and brick patio, complete with two fire features, a fish pond, and seasonal garden. Perfect for coffee in the morning or sharing a meal outside, these outdoor spaces are beautifully lit at night. The backyard is spacious enough for stretching out, while a Pack and Play, crib sheets, high chair, and baby safety gate are available for families.

Located in a calm and safe family-friendly neighborhood, the property is just 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh, PNC Arena, Dorothea Dix Park, and the NC State Fairgrounds and Farmer's Market. Within a mile or two of the house, guests will find plenty of shopping and dining options, including Sam's Club, At Home store, Lowe's, Food Lion, and Walmart Supercenter.

Guests are welcome to park in the driveway and access the upstairs of the house through the front door. The basement is not included in the rental space. We are happy to offer guests full access to the upstairs bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining room. The front porch and driveway are well-lit, and guests can enjoy access via a smart lock.

We spent a lovely Thanksgiving weekend at John and Jenni’s property in Raleigh. The location is in an established neighborhood very close to lots of stores, restaurants and things to do. The checkin process was smooth and the house was very clean. The owners communicate very quickly. Great stay !

It was a clean house with a very well stocked kitchen Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Beds were very comfortable. The price was right. We couldn't have wanted anything more!

The entire house was very clean for this trip with my 3 sisters. We were surprised to find no top sheet on the beds which we are used to having. I guess this a trend now. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee,and everything we needed to settleIn our first night. Fridge had ice maker and outside water/ice dispenser which was very nice.We would stay here again.

Clean, Roomy, Affordable

Thank you for your hospitality. This home was such a blessing for my husband, myself and all of our young adult kids during our weekend visit to Raleigh for my father-in-law’s Celebration of Life service. It was clean, roomy and very affordable. It is an older home, so due to the settling of the house, the bathroom door no longer shut all the way, but we made do with knocking to check before entering. Thanks so much ! We would stay here again. God bless you!
