Renovated Two Bedroom Coligny Villa Condo.

Ground floor villa located blocks from the beach. Spacious 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The villa is fully furnished with everything that you'll need for the perfect vacation.

You're steps from Coligny Plaza with dozens of great restaurants, entertainment, shops and grocery store. Park your car for the duration of your trip walk to everything you'll need.

Inside this beautiful 2-bedroom you'll find everything you need to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably with queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen pull-out sofa. The full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances allows for convenient meal preparation for you and your guests. A washer/dryer in the condo, WIFI, and smart TV's.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, while the secondary bedroom offers two twin beds. An additional pull-out queen couch is found in the living room. For your convenience, we provide a beach buggy, chairs, and an umbrella for your leisure by the shore.

The condo features new floors, open concept, fresh paint, and modernized bathroom. Walk outside to a beautiful patio complete with a gas grill and a dining set for four .

Starter packs are provided with essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, dishwasher detergent. We don't resupply during your stay.

Beach buggy, umbrella, chairs and misc toys available for guest use.

Parking is a breeze with free assigned space available right outside the front door.
Please note this is a NON-Smoking unit.
Pets are not allowed.
and reservations must be made by individuals 25 years of age or older.

Heritage Golf

We visit annually for PGA Tour Heritage golf event. Love the convenience and area around Coligny Beach. This property is a short walk to all we desired. Recently renovated, fresh and clean.

Awesome location, perfect for my family to experience Hilton Head for the first time. Property had literally everything needed including beach equipment, wagon, and even little laundry pods and other essentials. Loved this property thank you!

Perfect location

I was attending a conference in Hilton head and was a little nervous about the location in relation to things to do, but this ended up being the perfect location for my conference as well as nighttime catching up with friends. Great relaxing place close to the beach and restaurants!

We stayed at this location for 3 nights and really enjoyed everything about it! It was very clean, very well stocked with all the essentials, and very quiet! It was very conveniently located close to everything: the beach, the grocery store, the restaurants and the bike rental places. The villa was also very close to the pool, so it was a huge bonus to be able to jump into the pool any time of the day! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hilton Head Island!

Wonderful!

The villa was wonderful as was the location! We biked or walked virtually everywhere we went. The only slight frustration was the bathtub drain as it did not drain well. Would love to stay here again!

The condo was very clean and had everything we could ask for in the way of amenities. The entire space both downstairs and upstairs was updated and in good working order. I slept on one of the twin beds in the spare bedroom. It was too soft for my liking, but might be fine for munchkins. I'm happy to say we enjoyed having 2 bathrooms. We would gladly stay here again. However, on our next visit to Hilton Head we'll try to get accomodations with an ocean front view.

Family Time

VERY clean and updated condo! The location was great for us to walk to and from the beach (10 mins) and back over for dinner. Grocery store was right there too for us to take advantage of a fully stocked kitchen and eat in a couple times. Every beach supply we needed was there ready for us to avoid packing and bringing our own. Pool was a great addition to our stay. Highly recommend.

Staying with us at Coligny Villa you'll be a five minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast. Miles of white flat beach ideal for jogging, biking, beach combing or strolling.

The famous Tiki Hut Bar ( beach bar, live music, and volleyball) is right around the corner. Golf, fishing, zip lining, biking, water sports, mini golf, live entertainment the activities are endless.

In addition Celebration Park is located 2 blocks from our villa. Includes a Band shell, children’s museum, kids water-zone, adventure playground, educational walk along the lagoon and green space for public events.

Beautiful bike paths run throughout the island ( bike rentals around the corner from your villa). A public trolley stops at the front entrance to shuttle guests to and from Coligny plaza and the beach.
