This beautiful one level 4-bedroom 2-bath smart home was recently completed in Oct 2022. It features stunning open concept design as well as beautiful views of the pine trees surrounding the Running Y Resort. Home features game room, bikes and sleds for year round family fun. Complemetnary Guest Pass lets you access the community pools and gym. Come stay awhile!

Great get away

House was very nice. Had a lot of things to do inside and the fire pit was awesome. Access to the fitness center/ sauna/ pool down the street was incredibly convenient.

Lovely house and facilities!

The host was uber responsive and the the house was perfect for a group stay. What a great washer and dryer- so necessary with kids and so pet friendly. We would definitely rent again!

Klamath Falls trip

The property was well appointed with everything as advertised, immaculately clean and comfortable. Our guests appreciated the pool access on hot days and kids especially, enjoyed the game room. The property was well situated for day trips to nearby lakes, visits to town and places like Lava Beds. We would happily visit again.

Everything about this house was amazing. There were amenities there that we didn’t expect such as laundry pods, lots of extra towels, extra blankets and pillows and so much more. Communication was great and very responsive.

Great home!

Stayed at the home for the weekend with family. The home was amazing with great space. It snowed the first night we got there and in the morning someone came out to shovel the driveway, so considerate. The owner was very easy to communicate with and even let us check out later! Overall great home and would definitely stay here again. :)

Felt like home!

I’ve never stayed anywhere that felt more like home. The home itself is beautiful but the over the top hospitality is priceless! This home had everything we needed and more! Game room, sleds, travel crib, high chair, toys, and any other amenity you could think of. It was wonderful and the owners were as well. Top notch communication and service! My entire family felt at home and we can’t wait to reserve again for next year’s trip!

Graduation Sensation

I requested the property for my parents, aunts, sisters and their families to stay during my daughters graduation. They loved every minute of it. Very comfortable, everyone had their privacy. Being able to use the gym, hot tub and pool were exceptional as well. They asked me to reserve again when they come back to town.

Running Y Gem

My boys and I came to Running Y for a junior golf tourney. Sarah's place was just the place we needed to rest between rounds of golf. 2 minutes from every activity at Running Y. Fully stocked kitchen with a perfect coffee bar. Too many utensils to list. Basically everything that an amateur chef would need. Highly recommend.

Family reunion

Nice, new construction house, very well kept and clean with nice owner provided convenience toiletry items. Kids enjoyed games in garage area. Lovely deck and gas grill. Actually perfect with two minor qualifications: living room could use a couple comfortable chairs; more care and feeding instructions for thermostats etc - we needed to guess how master bath in floor heating worked as well as garage lighting and openers. But it all worked out very well.

Great house just don’t try to cook

The house was great! Nice layout, clean, family fun activities. It was the perfect size for our small family Christmas. But cooking our Christmas meals was not very much fun. There is a smoke alarm placed right above the oven. The first time the ear piercing alarm went off I was roasting our beef tenderloin for Christmas Eve. Ok I can see that there is smoke produced when roasting meat. But then it went off roasting broccoli and potatoes and toasting cornbread for stuffing. I mean really, I think it went off more because of the heat when I opened the oven door than actual smoke. We finally put Saran Wrap over it so we could cook our Christmas dinner in peace. So if you plan on eating out the whole time.. great house. If you want to cook your meals.. be prepared for ear piercing alarms!

enjoy the beauty of nature from our deck which provides guests with a Gas BBQ, propane fireplace and exterior dining area. The interior includes a beautiful modern kitchen with convection oven, smart fridge and 36-inch gas cooktop. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs along with a few oils and spices for your convenience.
Each bedroom was inspired by our beautiful surroundings and designed to make you feel comfortable and inspired to explore everything Southern Oregon has to offer. The home features two king beds, two queen beds and an oversized pullout couch. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, smart tv, private bathroom with soaking tub, walk in shower and double vanities.
Although this home was designed to be top of the line, we haven’t forgotten about our favorite guests
The kids! This home features its very own game room with a full-sized foosball table and air hockey table that converts to ping pong. For the interior we provide board games, a pack n play, highchair, and toys. In the garage we provide yard games a couple of bikes with helmets and sleds for the winter season.
