An amazing property. Many rooms, heated pool and but a walk down the adjacent pathway to the beach. Kids loved the game room and wife loved the open kitchen. 10/10 would stay here again. Cooper’s Place is one of my favorite places I’ve stayed on the island.

Location was awesome. We loved being on the boardwalk to the beach and having our own poolOur only complaint—thin walls. Sound really carried, especially with the open kids bedroom. It made it a little tough getting the kiddos to sleep but we would definitely stay here againAlso really liked all the beach accessories that came with the house

The home was just right for our family. It was clean and nicely decoarated. The home is conveniently located, close to the beach, restaurants, etc.

We had a fantastic stay at this property with our grandchildren! It was very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, large refrigerator, and excellent serving dishes and silverware. Large bedrooms and wonderful showers. The loft had a large amount of toys which the children loved. Beautiful pool and hot tub. A large selection of beach chairs, boogie boards and toys for the beach. It also had a beach wagon! The community pool was lovely, the beach beautiful and the board walk was an easy walk right to the beach! The only ding I would give the house is the cockroaches, but it is South Carolina. There is a Harris Teeters, gas station and really nice shopping area nearby. We would definitely rent here again! Thank you!!
