Superbe villa 3 chambres / 3 salles de bains entièrement rénovée, villa Pelican Watch au 2ème étage offrant une vue phénoménale en bord de mer sur le fleuve Edisto et l'océan Atlantique. Vous serez traités à des couchers de soleil spectaculaires sur le mur de fenêtres dans la grande salle, ainsi que sur l’un des ponts! C'est un WOW! C'est l'endroit idéal pour passer vos vacances en famille sur l'île Seabrook.

Des plafonds cathédrale, un plan d'étage ouvert avec une grande télévision à écran plat, des comptoirs en granit et en marbre, du parquet, des appareils en acier inoxydable et de nombreux sièges pour toute la famille complètent cette superbe villa. La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, une télévision haute définition et une salle de bain attenante avec baignoire et douche séparée. La 2ème chambre a un lit queen size avec salle de bain complète attenante. La troisième chambre a deux lits doubles, une télévision et une salle de bain complète dans le couloir. Détendez-vous sur les deux ponts après une journée à la plage et profitez des couchers de soleil phénoménaux au-dessus de l'eau.

Les cartes d'agrément vous donnant accès aux installations du Seabrook Island Club sont comprises dans le loyer. Great week on Seabrook!

This was our first time visiting Seabrook - we were looking for a beach spot for us, our 2 teens, and 2 of their friends that was convenient to Charleston. This place was perfect - plenty of room for all of us, and super convenient beach and pool access. We headed in to Charleston for food and shopping twice during our stay, but there was plenty available close by as well. This was our best & most relaxing family vacation!

Fabulous

We loved this property. The views were fantastic and the layout, furnishings, décor and cleanliness were all stellar. We greatly enjoy the two golf courses on Seabrook and our meals at the Palmetto Room were delicious. And last but not least, the property management company was outstanding. It was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Waterfront Villa

We have stayed at Pelican Watch many times over the years. This double-sized unit is the best! Gorgeous kitchen and living areas and amazing waterfront views and sunsets. Everything we needed for a relaxing special week.

Amazing /great view/ clean

The view was amazing. The place is perfect if you need a full bathroom for every bedroom. It had plenty of dishes, leftover spices, stocked well, close to beach, pool. There are beach chairs, no grill. It’s technically two units in one so it’s perfect. Literally will stay here from now on.

Janie, thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay on our beautiful Seabrook Island! We are so happy you enjoyed your property's location and size. The beach bonfires and sunsets are amazing. Once again, we want to apologize for not having a starter kit in your property. The starter kit does come with a small hand soap and shampoo, a couple of dishwasher and washing machine pods, along with an extra roll of toilet paper and paper towels. This is a "starter kit" until guests can get settled and pick up their own supplies locally. We hope to see you back on the island again in the future. Happy Holidays! Christine

Seabrook Island hidden gem

We enjoyed this property, especially the views off the back deck. The unit was clean, spacious, exactly as described. We had an issue with the a/c unit that initially was brushed off, but attended to after several calls. Overall a good experience.

NYE 2022

This 3BR/3BR is a rare find-ideal for 3 adult couples! We loved the large kitchen which was well stocked with plenty of cookware, utensils and glassware as most VRBO’s have a lot of plastic which is unappealing. Just need more dish towels as the two that were provided were always wet. The 6 barstools were a real plus as well-perfect for our bourbon tasting! We utilized both decks to take in the gorgeous views of the ocean and sunsets and watch the fog roll in. Just a couple of suggestions: need more lighting in the living room as it was difficult to read by such small lamps and perhaps get the kitchen faucet looked at-the water flow/pressure is extremely low. All in all we were very happy to ring in the New Year in this lovely home on Seabrook Island!

Nice property - great location

1346 Pelican Watch is well situated on SeaBrook Island. The panoramic views of the river and ocean are breathtaking, whether sitting on the deck or inside in the living area. The living area is nicely appointed as are the bedrooms. This is an older unit/building and despite the recent refreshes there are some signs lingering of its age and wear and tear. The entry doors are quite worn and the front screen door does not close completely. The bathrooms are a bit outdated as well and could use a refresh. Cleanliness was good overall in the unit but we did notice the drawers in the kitchen and bathrooms needed additional cleanup. Overall we were quite pleased and the liveability of the unit was excellent. Also, it is within a several minute walk to the pool/beach area, Pelican’s Nest, and golf courses.
