Our four-level property is designed with avant-garde furniture and solid wood furniture from the Yucatan peninsula region, to offer our guests a private space that is a natural refuge.

The main gated entrance to Lúum Zama, Aldea Zama, Tulum, is your first great adventure to this paradise. We have a personal chauffeur who will be able to pick you and bring you to the Cancun Airport and also to any place you need (All this with extra charge, ask for availability and prices)

Our tower, called Kataleya, is not marked, so you will need to look at the map and exterior photo for reference. But for your convenience it is the first tower entering on the left.

You will be surrounded by the jungle. So expect earthy smells and some mosquitoes. Fortunately, our unit is on level 3 and 4, which seems to be above the level at which these little insects no prefer to fly, here we have 10% of what is expected in the first floor. Luum Zama is new and growing, there are some construction sounds during the day. So if you need total silence, this habitat may not be conducive to your zen ,however in the development we have a yoga palapa that will make your meditations a dream.

Property Luxuries - Throughout the space, the bathroom doors, cabinets and shelves are handcrafted with exotic Parota, Tzalam and Cedar wood. The walls are hand-smoothed chukum that is a local plaster finish and Traventino Marble floors. All with fine and special details.
