Excellent location for University of Arkansas Activities. Very clean home, super easy checkin. Garage is great and needed as neighborhood parking is very congested and tight. I would add all the bedrooms are upstairs with lots of steps. The bathroom and walk in closets are nice size; the bathroom is a tub shower combo. This property would not be good for elderly family members. Great internet speed. We were in town to attend a volleyball tournament and it worked perfect.

The house was a great place for our family to stay during our son’s move in weekend at UArk. We loved having our own bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable.

Everything was great for our stay. The only negative was the backyard was a little overgrown, but had no impacts on our stay!

Great location for U of A campus. Enjoyed stay. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms. Just a heads up, I may have missed it in the description but all bedrooms are upstairs.

Family Trip

Our stay was wonderful. The house looked exactly as it does featured on the site. My only complaint is the clealiness of the kitchen. The appliances could have been wiped down better. The floors,fridge and countertops weren't clean. Overall our stay was pleasant and the property managers are so kind and wecoming.

Nice home, convenient access but needs a deep clean.

Disappointed in the cleanliness of the living room and kitchen, they both could use a deep cleaning. The oven was dirty and the last guest cooked a pizza on the rack so there was burned cheese on rack and bottom of oven. The freezer had leftover food items in it and was dirty on bottom of freezer. There were some stains on white cabinets and crumbs in drawers. We were there for Thanksgiving week so planned to do quite a bit of cooking and wished the kitchen was clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. One of the bathtubs would not drain but my husband was able to fix that. Garage parking was a nice benefit as well as each bedroom had its own bath. I want to add that owner was quick to respond and did refund me the cleaning fee. No one was available to come clean as it was a holiday and that was understandable.

Great place in Fayetteville

Loved having our own rooms and bathrooms! Full kitchen at the ready, which is perfect for going to the farmers market and cooking!

This property was perfect for me and my family. As a group of adults each having a room with a king bed and attached bath was a life saver.

A sisters weekend getaway

The house was so nice and very comfortable to stay in. It was me and my two other sisters. It was nice that we each had our own room and bathroom. The beds are nice and comfy. The kitchen and living room were a great place for us to gather and hang out. Brianna was available to us if we ever needed her and she was very kind! We really enjoyed our stay and we might plan to come back again in the future! Thank you!

Graduation weekend stay

Beds were comfortable and it was nice it has three king beds. Closets were large as well. Kitchen nice and spacious. Bath/ showers were ok but could use some updating and back yard could use some cleaning up but we weren’t outside much. .

Girlfriend Getaway

The property was lovely
perfect for friends
each bedroom has its own private bath. My only complaint is that it would have been nice to have shampoo and soap available and a few more essentials in the kitchen such as aluminum foil, baggies; but the convenience and efficiency of the property more than made up for that. We would definitely return to this lovely property.
