Host was super responsive and friendly. Property waa charming and incredibly thoughtfully stocked. Beds and couch were very comfortable. The backyard was a good size. Neighborhood was in a great location.

Nice comfortable place

Stayed for a nearby family wedding. House had everything we could need. Nice decor and comfortable beds. Thank you to Kayla who answered any questions and was always available. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Family Meet Up

Stayed three nights while visiting our kids and grandkids in Clarksville. The grandkids were able to take turns staying with us at the house and the fenced in yard for our small pup was great. Located in a safe neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and living room furniture accommodated all six of us. For the length of our stay, we would have appreciated an extra roll of paper towels, a couple extra kitchen trash bags and one or two more rolls of tp. Otherwise, everything was very clean and well taken care of. The host was very responsive when we needed assistance getting the tv back on wifi. We will stay again when visiting family.

The house is nice, clean and comfortable and overall we enjoyed the stay. We were traveling for a baseball tournament and there were 8 of us and the listing says it sleeps 8 but unfortunately it actually only sleeps 7. The bunk bed pictured is no longer there which we found out when we arrived. Kayla was very responsive to messages and apologized offered to bring over an air mattress or cancel the reservation and refund which would have left us scrambling to find somewhere else last minute. My son chose to sleep on the couch instead and said it was comfortable. There was no outside garbage can due to an issue with the garbage company and we had to just put the bagged trash on the side of the house. Kayla was very apoplectic about the trash situation and very good with communication about everything. The kids enjoyed the fire pit and making s'mores.

Everything was great! The only issue was there wasn’t any toilet paper so we had to go buy some but otherwise everything is perfect! We loved staying here and plan to in the future!

Heavenly Scent

Kayla's place was great to stay in. It was very clean. The showers were great with hot water and great water pressure. Everyone got a great night sleep on comfortable beds. This is a pet friendly home but does not smell of animals and our dog enojoyed the fenced in yard. The neighborhood was quiet and my kids got ice cream from the ice cream truck driving around. It was a great place to unwind and sleep after a couple busy days. There are games in the cuppoard. A pack and play in the closet with extra pillows, linens and fans. The living room furniture was comfortable and there are 3 roko tvs in the house. The are Bible verses hanging on the wall reminding us of Gods goodness. I was suprised the ice maker worked as in many rentals they do not. The air fryer was perfect for cooking up late night snacks quickly from the wal mart nearby. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use the firepit, grill or outdoor space. We would definitely stay there again. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in.

I wanted more room than a hotel to spend as much time with our son before he deployed. This 3 BR 2 Bath home was what we were looking for and more. We have stayed in a lot rentals that said they were clean and they were not. This rental was more than I had hoped for. Kitchen was great, sitting area was great, shower was great, beds were great. And the decor using scripture was the cherry on top. I have nothing to say, but thank you to the host!!

Overall, a lovely home to stay

Our stay was lovely! The house was clean and exactly as described. My friends and I met up in Tennessee to host a "Friendsgiving" dinner together and this was the perfect place for us. Communication was a little rough here and there with the host at first during the initial planning but she was very polite and helpful.

Great stay

A lovely home in a quiet neighborhood with comfortable furniture. Thoughtful extra amenities made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The “scent” in the title is accurate, there are scented plug ins which we chose to unplug. We would stay here again if we are ever in the area. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Great little house

The house was perfect for a place to stop on our way through Tennessee. There is a slight pet odor, possibly from the carpet in the bedroom, but overall we loved it!

Quiet Neighborhood
