Our guests have access to the entire home with the exception of our locked storage closet.

Our home is on the fifth floor, but don't worry - we've got an elevator! Inside, you'll find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful balcony overlooking the city, a comfy living room, a dining room fit for a feast, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer for your convenience.

And that's not all! As a guest of ours, you'll have access to some seriously cool common areas, including a full outdoor kitchen/BBQ area, a massive gazebo that can hold over 100 people, an indoor air-conditioned gym, a basketball court, and a play area for the kiddos. Oh, and did we mention the pool with comfy lounge chairs where you can soak up some rays and chillax?

But wait, there's more! We're just 3 minutes away from the monument, national theater, and casino, surrounded by a ton of awesome bars, restaurants, and food courts. Need to stock up on supplies? No problem - the El Bravo supermarket is just a 10-minute drive away.

And for all you golfers out there, Las Aromas golf club is a quick 15-minute drive away. Plus, the Cibao International Airport (STI) and several hospitals and clinics are just a hop, skip, and a jump away - around 15 minutes or so. So, what are you waiting for? Book your stay with us now!

👥 Guest Capacity

Our standard nightly rate includes up to 2 guests.
Planning to bring friends or family? No problem! Additional guests are welcome for just $10 per person, per night. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

⚡ Electricity Use

We want you to stay cool and comfortable, especially with the Caribbean sun!
That said, electricity in the Dominican Republic is expensive. Your stay includes up to 18 kWh/day, which typically covers normal use.
If you exceed that, an additional charge of $0.30 per kWh applies. We recommend turning off A/Cs when you're out to help stay within the included amount.

🌴 Nature Around

Our location is surrounded by lush greenery and tropical beauty — but that also means you may occasionally spot ants, mosquitoes, or wasps. While we take great care to maintain the space, nature is part of the experience here. If you're particularly sensitive, we recommend bringing repellent just in case.

🛠️ Maintenance Support

Our home is well cared for, but like any space, things can sometimes go awry. Should anything come up — an appliance acting up or something not quite right — please reach out right away. We’re here to help and will do our best to resolve it quickly.
